Climate Change
January 4, 2011 by Mark Sircus
Yes, but how can that be? Global warming is in full swing so how can an Ice Age creep or crash in on us? If you are really paying attention to what is happening all around us in the world you will see the shaping story and a tragedy of staggering proportions. Most everything is pointing away from the concept of global warming, everything but the mainstream media and the corporate tyrants that rule it. There is no doubt that the global climate is undergoing dramatic changes of ‘biblical’ proportion. And the evidence is mounting and human experience is shouting that it’s the cold that will bury us not the heat. You think it’s cold and snowy now in the northern hemisphere? Piers Corbyn from the above video predicts it will just keep getting colder for the next 20 to 30 years.
I wish I was a lone wolf crying in the snow (actually I am writing from the tropics where one can believe in global warming if one wants and get away with it). There is a Down loadable list of some of the world’s top scientists in the disciplines of geology, ecology, meteorology, astrophysics, and heliology all of who are predicting that two major cooling cycles are converging and Earth has just entered the beginnings of the dangerous cooling. The thermostat will be directly linked to the price and availability of food. It is this reality that we will have pushed into our faces every time we go to the supermarket.
Now if you do not believe me or any of these listed scientists then go directly to NASA’s official site and see that on May 10, 2006: The Sun’s Great Conveyor Belt slowed to a record-low crawl, according to research by NASA solar physicist David Hathaway. "It’s off the bottom of the charts," he said. "This has important repercussions for future solar activity."
The Great Conveyor Belt is a massive circulating current of fire (hot plasma) within the Sun. It has two branches, north and south, each taking about 40 years to perform one complete circuit. Researchers believe the turning of the belt controls the sunspot cycle, and that’s why the slowdown is important.
"Normally, the conveyor belt moves about 1 meter per second—walking pace," says Hathaway. "That’s how it has been since the late 19th century." In recent years, however, the belt has decelerated to 0.75 m/s in the north and 0.35 m/s in the south. "We’ve never seen speeds so low."
According to theory and observation, the speed of the belt foretells the intensity of sunspot activity ~20 years in the future. A slow belt means lower solar activity; a fast belt means stronger activity. "The slowdown we see now means that Solar Cycle 25, peaking around the year 2022, could be one of the weakest in centuries," says Hathaway. Here we are at a peak period in Solar Cycle 24 and the sun is quiet but it’s going to get a lot quieter and a lot colder.
Physicist Vladimir Paar has already been predicting a time when most of central Europe will be covered in ice again. It is inevitable—a coming Ice Age—it’s Nature, it’s a cycle, it’s the sun doing what it always does and it probably also has something to do with orbital cycles and other complicated stuff.
Paar of course is not the only scientist and believe it or not in 1974, the National Science Board announced: “During the last 20 to 30 years, world temperature has fallen, irregularly at first but more sharply over the last decade. Judging from the record of the past interglacial ages, the present time of high temperatures should be drawing to an end… leading into the next ice age.” I really wonder, when I read this, who in power listened to this National Science Board back in 74. It is not beyond the elite, or at least part of it, to understand the real science and lead the public in the opposite direction on purpose.
We know that temperatures did not really start dropping precipitously until 1998 with the last four winters getting progressively worse in Europe. There is a ton of information out there that indicates it’s global cooling not warming that is taking hold of our planet. Humanity must brace itself for a growing ice cap, rather than rising waters in global oceans caused by ice melting. Antarctica has been cooling for 30 years and the Arctic ice is growing quickly.
“Most of Europe will be under ice, including Germany, Poland, France, Austria, Slovakia, and a part of Slovenia,” said the professor Paar from Croatia’s Zagreb University, who has spent decades analyzing previous ice ages in Europe and what caused them. The freeze will be so complete that people will be able to walk from England to Ireland or across the North Sea from Scotland to northern Europe.
Heavy snow is already throwing millions of lives out of sync, with people unable to get to work or to get home. Thousands have been stranded at airports and bus and train terminals. Tens of thousands of homes have lost power, their power lines cut by high winds and toppling tree limbs. The weather can gather forces that men just cannot defeat. It can crush and kill as easily as a tremendous explosion from a volcano. Mother Nature is a severe mistress and I really don’t think she has appreciated being misrepresented as badly as she has from the global warming crowd.
If things get worse year by year, as they have these past few years, mass migrations and famines could end up being the order of the day. Some northern countries might have to be abandoned with a full on Ice Age as the ice marches down and crushes everything below it. Severe global cooling will precipitate mass migrations, famines, food riots, regional conflicts and a loss of human life that could be measured on an apocalyptic scale.
For those who keep insisting the polar ice is diminishing the news is that a Russian icebreaker labored yesterday through howling winds and heavy snow as it tried to reach icebound ships in the Sea of Okhotsk where more than 500 seamen are trapped. Three of the vessels have been trapped since Friday in ice estimated to be two meters (6 1/2 feet) thick. The state news agency RIA Novosti said two more ships became stuck on Monday. This is not a global warming story this is real news about real people and real weather. Russian sailors are experienced navigators in the Polar Regions and this is just one more piece to the evolving puzzle that should have us seriously worried.
Special Note: For financial collapses (seems like we are faced with financial and economic chaos at the exact same time Mother Nature is rising up) and ice ages both I recommend buying gold and silver, fleeing to the tropics and purchasing as much survival food as possible. Vladimir Paar said, “They might migrate to the south, or might stay, but with a huge needed increase in energy use.” The Ice Age “could happen in five, 10, 50, or 100 years, or even later. We can’t predict it precisely, but it will come. The reality is that mankind needs to start preparing for the ice age. We are at the end of the global-warming period. The ice age is to follow. Paar says it will still be possible for man to survive in the ice age, but the spending on energy will be enormous. “Food production also might be a problem. It would need to be produced in greenhouses with a lot of energy spent to heat them.”
With prices of food set for large increases, investing in survival foods makes financial sense as well. Everyone who has paper assets should transfer that affluence to gold right now as the ultimate store of wealth that will protect hard work and savings.
After Note: It has been noted that human tampering with the atmosphere may be contributing to extreme weather patterns also. Some believe that the debate on climate change has ignored the role of environmental manipulation projects. Artificial manipulation of the climate is nothing new.
During the Vietnam War, the U.S. military used cloud-seeding techniques to cause torrential rain and disrupt enemy supply lines. Extreme weather patterns in recent years, such as record numbers of hurricanes, floods, and droughts across the world, may have been the result of such technology being tested. In the High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) based in Gokona, Alaska, an array of transmitters pointed toward the sky could be causing much damage to the upper atmosphere (ionosphere) global climate conditions.
Personal Note: My opinion is that many things are converging on humanity and we have done a lousy job of organizing ourselves except to become consumers with endless needs who are at the mercy of hounds of power who know little but cruelty.
In the next month I will exhibit the almost finished Sanctuary center (thanks to a more than generous donation), which will also double as a model for my builder Macondes, a common man who has taught me what loyalty and trust is all about. The mayor of our town helped him organize a building company and we will help create a site for him and his team that will provide full support to purchase land and build a survival center for those who have the resources to escape to a warmer and more pristine environment.
He has helped me build my dream and done so even though I live thousands of kilometers away and he has been my highway to the local people and their hearts. His company will be a common ownership company and that’s how we will run everything at Sanctuary. Also with the launching of my Humane Pediatrics book, probably at the end of this month, we will also inaugurate our FOR THE CHILDREN foundation that will be devoted to bringing a new and better form of pediatric care to the world’s children. We will start that right from the Sanctuary center, the new home of the IMVA, to help the local children in our hidden valley.
I really think it’s going to be a fight for our own and our children’s lives during these next few years and even the most prepared are going to face tough going trying to make it and protect those we love. When I had trouble with someone trying to steal my land and building away from me last year most of the local town people came to my aid in a formal petition to the judge and that won my cause. Learning to develop deep and meaningful community relationships are important for everyone today because together we will stand, divided we will fall. That is, by the way, the name of a future essay of mine in progress.
