Meet the White Obama

Mitt Romney, the establishment declared GOP front-runner, is the white Obama. He earns this title because on crucial issues he mirrors Barack Obama. Consider:

Climate agenda and carbon taxes:
He has stated that the theory of anthropogenic global warming is real. In 2005, as governor of Massachusetts, Romney imposed strict state limitations on carbon dioxide emissions from power plants. In a memo issued by Massachusetts Lieutenant Governor Kerry Hale, the Romney administration bragged that it was "the first and only state to set CO 2 emissions limits on power plants."

In short, Romney did what Obama's EPA wants to do now. It is revealing that Romney was advised on this drastic step by none other than Obama's chief science adviser, John Holdren.3

In his book, No Apology, Romney advocates carbon taxes through a "tax-swap plan" and declares that resultant "higher energy prices would encourage energy efficiency." The plan is favored by economist and Romney adviser Greg Mankiw and many other "Republican-leaning economists." In 2007, Mankiw wrote an op-ed for the New York Times entitled "One Answer to Global Warming: A New Tax." He wrote that "if we want to reduce global emissions of carbon, we need a global carbon tax."

Obama also wants to push a carbon tax on the American people and declared his intention to do so before he took office. "President elect Barack Obama used his speech at a Los Angeles summit last night to reinvigorate a push for the revival of a frightening proposal to slash carbon emissions by 80 per cent, a move that would inflict a new Great Depression, cost millions of jobs, and sink America to near third world status," Paul Joseph Watson wrote on November 19, 2008.

Obama's agenda to cut carbon emissions by 80 per cent fits right into the globalist plan to attain the ultimate civilization-killing goal of zero carbon emissions, as espoused by the Carnegie Institute.

Romneycare:
In December, Romney told Fox News that he stands by the health care at gunpoint plan implemented while he was governor of Massachusetts. "The plan is not perfect, there are things that I'd change in it, but I'll stand by the things we've done," he said, defending the plan.
 
Obama and the Democrats were so enthralled with Romney's statist health care boondoggle, they based their plan on it.

"Newly obtained White House records provide fresh details on how senior Obama administration officials used Mitt Romney's landmark health-care law in Massachusetts as a model for the new federal law, including recruiting some of Romney's own health care advisers and experts to help craft the act," NBC reported last October.

Abortion:
Like a good Demopublican, Romney supported a woman's "right" to kill her fetus,“ that is before, as a "conservative," he changed his mind “ or as it is usually called, he flip-flopped on the issue.

He was so adamant about abortion, he attended a Planned Parenthood fundraiser in 2004, but now supports the Pence amendment sponsored by Indiana Republican Rep. Mike Pence aimed at eliminating all Title X grants for Planned Parenthood. He even instituted tax-funded abortion on demand two years after his orchestrated "pro-life" conversion.

Obama, of course, is "pro-choice" and has appointed a number of outspoken pro-abortion advocates to his administration. If elected, no doubt Romney will do the same.

Illegal immigration:
Mitt claims to oppose illegal immigration, but does not advocate sending illegals back รข€“ or, apparently, even arresting them for breaking the law.

"Those people that are here illegally today should have the opportunity to register and to have their status identified," he said in November.

He said nothing about illegal immigrants paying back taxes, learning English, not having criminal records, or being deported and going through legal channels for immigration.

Romney sounds a lot like Obama, who said: "I think most Americans feel there should be an orderly process to do it. People shouldn't just be coming here and cutting in front of the line essentially and staying without having gone through the proper channels."

Mitt Romney is basically indistinguishable from Obama and supports the same globalist agenda, albeit with "conservative" flourishes. His flip-flopping on key issues is designed to make his pre-arranged agenda more palatable to so-called conservatives, who will naturally be hoodwinked as they are every election cycle.
If elected, Romney will become the white Obama. The only job requirement will be an ability to convincingly read a teleprompter and follow orders handed down form his globalist masters the same as his predecessor.

Declaration By President Obama And Prime Minister Harper Of Canada To Biometrically ID You


Released earlier this month with little fanfare, the United States has partnered with Canada to use biometric software to track North American citizens. The goal is to implement the use of “biometric chips” to keep track of the denizens of North America. In the four page declaration released by the White House earlier this month, the Obama administration has partnered with Canada to create the technical standards “for the collection, transmission, and matching of biometrics that enable the sharing of information on travelers in real time.” Legitimate travelers, that is. Again, this is about control, not security. And this is about the creation of a North American Union at the expense of national sovereignty for a global society.

Obama quietly erasing borders


Dem administration advancing 'North American Union' agenda

Acting quietly, below the radar of U.S. public opinion and without congressional approval, the Obama administration is implementing a key policy objective of the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America, or SPP, to erase the border with Mexico and Canada.

The administration is acting under a State Department-declared policy initiative described in a March 23 fact sheet titled "United States-Mexico Partnership: A New Border Vision."

"Mexico and the United States have a shared interest in creating a 21st century border that promotes the security and prosperity of both countries," the State Department declared. "The U.S. and Mexican governments have launched a range of initiatives that challenge the traditional view of 'hold the line' and are developing a framework for a new vision of 21st centuryborder management."

At the same time, CTV News in Canada has obtained a draft copy of a declaration between the U.S. and Canada entitled "Beyond theBorder: A Shared Vision for Perimeter Security and Competitiveness," to be implemented by a newly created Canadian-U.S. "Beyond the Border Working Group."

The two documents strongly suggest the Obama administration is pursuing a stealth bureaucratic methodology to establish a common North American border around the continent, encompassing the U.S., Canada and Mexico, while simultaneously moving to erase the borders between the U.S. and Mexico as well as between the U.S. and Canada.

Under the Bush administration's SPP, the U.S., Mexico and Canada organized some 20 different "shadow government" bureaucratic working groups composed of agency heads and undersecretaries in the three nations. The groups span a wide range of policy areas, from e-commerce, to aviation policy, toborders and immigration, trilateral travel, transportation, energy, environment, food and agriculture, health and financial services.

WND has reported since 2006 that a blueprint published in 2005 by the Council on Foreign Relations entitled "Building a North America Community" called for the establishment of a common security perimeter around North America by 2010 to facilitate the free movement of people, trade and capital between the three nations of North America.

In his 2001 book, "Toward a North American Community," American University professor Robert Pastor, a co-chair of the CFR blue ribbon committee that authored "Building a North American Community," called for the creation of a North American Commission, a North American Parliament, and a North American Court on Trade and Investment.

The language of the documents declaring "A New Border Vision" with Mexico and Canada could easily have been lifted directly from the CFR report or Pastor's book.

The 2005 CFR report "Building a North American Community" called on page xvii of the Foreword for the "establishment by 2010 of a North American economic and security perimeter, the boundaries of which would be defined by a common external tariff and an outer security perimeter."

Unidentified reporter admits 'there is total control' of news about drug violence at the border

The free press has all but disappeared. The news is often little more than a means of controlling the message. Entire areas of the country have experienced an information blackout. Many frightened citizens rely on bloggers, face book, twitter and text messages as their only source of news and information. Open warfare rages below the Rio Grande.

The Houston Chronicle reports that.

After years of relative calm, the gangland nightmare is back-and yet, barely a single mention of the clashes here has been made by local radio and television or newspapers. The city's journalists, having lost some of their own and seen their colleagues across the country killed or kidnapped, have been silenced for fear of their lives.

"Nowhere is the media controlled more than it is here," said one reporter, who stressed he would face serious danger if identified. "There is total control."
In border towns like Nuevo Laredo, Matamoros, Reynosa and numerous others, gun battles between the military and the powerful Zetas and the Gulf Cartel have been fought around the clock during the past week. Officials at all levels of the government have offered little if any information to a frightened citizenry amid the media blackout. One local businessman remarked that "before the news was alarmist; now there's no information at all."
Now, journalists say all the local news outlets get constant messages-sometimes from colleagues working for the gangsters-ordering which events are to be covered and those that are not.
The local media have little choice but to comply with the demands of the powerful cartels or face the bloody consequences.
Four journalists were kidnapped Monday in the city of Gomez Palacios, another northern city battered by gang warfare. Gangsters demanded that television stations broadcast videos favorable to them in exchange for the journalists' lives. The station complied, but the men had not been released as of Thursday evening.
The latest wave of violence along the U.S. border was sparked by a dispute this past winter between the Zetas and the Gulf Cartel marking a violent split between former allies who had joined forces in 2003 to battle rival gangs from Mexico's Pacific Coast. The ultimate prize remains the same; control of the smuggling routes which funnel narcotics and illegal immigrants into the United States.

Meanwhile here in America, the Obama regime and their fellow travelers in the mainstream media are busy controlling the news from our southern border and using their power and influence to prevent the state of Arizona from taking badly needed steps to protect their citizens.

WHISTLEBLOWERS NOT ILLEGAL ALIENS FACE CRIMINAL CHARGES

"We live in a topsy-turvey nation and this story should anger all Americans. Suddenly our nation is prosecuting patriots while protecting lawbreakers," said a former NYPD police officer and private security firm owner.

The Utah state employees, suspected of blowing the whistle on more than a thousand illegal immigrants living in the state, have been placed on administrative leave and will likely be criminally charged, according to attorneys from a non-partisan, public-interest group.

Last week a list of 1,300 suspected illegal aliens was circulated anonymously to various state and federal agencies as well as media outlets, according to a statement from the Washington, DC-based Judicial Watch.

A letter was enclosed with the 29-page list that included the illegal aliens’ phone numbers, addresses and birth dates. The letter, signed "Concerned Citizens of the United States," alleged that they "observed these individuals in our neighborhoods, driving on our streets, working in our stores, attending our schools and entering our public welfare buildings."

Copies of the list and letter were sent to law enforcement agencies, news media outlets and Utah state lawmakers by the group, who demanded that those named be deported.

Calling it the “deplorable” work of a “small rogue group,” Utah Governor Gary Herbert quickly launched an investigation and vowed to punish any public employees responsible for participating in blowing the whistle.

So far two workers with the Utah Department of Workforce Services have been suspended and at least eight others are under investigation. All face criminal charges for violating state and federal privacy laws, according to the governor.

"We live in a topsy-turvey nation and this story should anger all Americans. Suddenly our nation is prosecuting patriots while protecting lawbreakers," said former NYPD police officer and private security firm owner Bill Fitzgerald.

Mexican Drug Mafia Invades Texas

The United States is under attack by narco terrorists invading from the failed state of Mexico and Obama and the federal government are doing nothing about it.

Los Zetas crossed the border near Laredo, Texas, and reportedly seized two ranches in the area indicated by an orange square above.


In June, the Mexican drug mafia forced the closure of the Buenos Aires National Wildlife Refuge in Arizona. Authorities in Arizona admit that criminals now control a drug and human smuggling corridor that stretches from the border into metro Phoenix. Pinal County Sheriff Paul Babeu explained in June that the Mexican Mafia controls three counties in his state.

Now drug smugglers are repeating the pattern in Texas.

On Saturday, the Cypress Times, an online newspaper in Cypress, Texas, reported that the murderous Los Zetas has crossed into the United States and taken over at least two ranches in the Laredo, Texas area. The owners of the farms have evacuated and were not harmed.

“I can personally vouch that this info came in late last night from a reliable police source inside the Laredo PD,” Jeff Schwilk, founder of the San Diego Minutemen, told the online newspaper. “There is currently a standoff between the unknown size Zeta forces and U.S. Border Patrol and local law enforcement on two ranches on our side of the Rio Grande.”

Kimberly Dvorak, writing for the Albuquerque Examiner, reports that two sources inside the Laredo Police Department have confirmed the incident. “We consider this an act of war,” said one police officer on the ground near the scene. There is a news blackout of this incident at this time and the sources inside Laredo PD spoke on the condition of anonymity, writes Dvorak.

The DBKP blog contacted the the Laredo Police Department on Saturday. “We have been advised to say nothing. The Webb County Sheriff is taking the lead on this and they’re advising that they can’t confirm anything either,” a spokesperson told the blog.

On March 30, 2008, the Dallas Morning News reported Mexican drug cartels operated military-style training camps in at least six such locations in northern Tamaulipas and Nuevo Leรณn states, some within a few miles of the Texas border, according to U.S. and Mexican authorities and the printed testimony of five protected witnesses who were trained in the camps.

“Traffickers go to great lengths to prepare themselves for battle,” a senior U.S. anti-narcotics official, speaking on condition of anonymity, told the newspaper. “Part of that preparation is live firing ranges and combat training courses…. And that’s not something that we have seen before.” In the state of Tamaulipas, Los Zetas train with other mercenaries, including the Kaibiles from Guatemala, the officials said.

Obama announced his anemic response to border violence in May.

The Justice Department warned local police in Arizona and California about Los Zetas violence along the border. “The violence will spill over the Mexican border into the United States and law enforcement agencies in Texas, Arizona and Southern California can expect to encounter Los Zetas in the coming months,” warned an intelligence bulletin issued by the feds. The Justice Department and Homeland Security consider the Mexican drug cartels as the greatest organized crime threat to the United States.

Los Zetas was founded by an elite force of assassins from Mexican Army deserters and is now integrated by corrupt ex-federal, state, and local police officers. Los Zetas was first hired as a private mercenary army for Mexico’s Gulf Cartel, but since February of this year have gone independent and are now enemies of its former partner.

The States Trump The Administration

Memo to the New York Times Editorial Board:
The 10th Amendment to the U.S. Constitutions reads as follows: “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”
In a recent editorial, titled “The Constitution Trumps Arizona,” the Times proclaimed that,
“The Obama administration has not always been completely clear about its immigration agenda, but it was forthright… when it challenged the pernicious Arizona law that allows the police to question the immigration status of people they detain for local violations. Only the federal government can set or enforce immigration policy… and ‘Arizona has crossed this constitutional line.’ ”
The Times goes on to say,
“There is nothing terribly complicated about this principle, which is based on several aspects of the Constitution, acts of Congress, and Supreme Court decisions over the years. A patchwork of state and local immigration policies would cause havoc.”
The phrase “would cause havoc” leaves one with the impression that, at least in the minds of the Times editorial writers, immigration “havoc” is prospective… yet to come. Perhaps if Governor Brewer can lure the Community Organizer to the Mexican border, he might be accompanied by a New York Times reporter or two and together they could see what “havoc” looks like firsthand.
The Times editorial writers seem not to understand that, in our constitutional republic, the role of the federal government is limited and specific. Its role is precisely what the states… and that includes Arizona… say it is, and nothing more. The states are supreme; they are the foundation stones of our constitutional republic, the federal government is the handmaiden of the states.
Can there be any doubt what the Founders had in mind when they wrote in the Preamble to the U.S. Constitution:
“We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America?”
In the interest of efficiency, the states have ceded to the federal government the responsibility for the military defense of our borders, whether it be the border with Canada, the Atlantic Coast, the Pacific Coast, the Gulf Coast, or the border with Mexico. But when the federal government purposely and irrationally abandons that responsibility, as it has, what are our alternatives?
It should not be necessary to remind Obama or the editorial writers of the Times that the Declaration of Independence contains this ominous and thought-provoking phrase: “… That to secure these Rights, Governments are instituted among men, deriving their Just powers from the Consent of the Governed, that whenever any form of Government becomes destructive of these Ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or abolish it, and to institute new Government…”
By failing to protect our borders against foreign invasion, Barack Obama and his predecessor, George W. Bush, have been destructive of our form of government and have failed to “insure domestic tranquility” and to “provide for the common defence.” Therefore, it is the right of the people to “alter or abolish” our government as it is now constituted and they can be expected to do just that in November 2010.
Just before midnight on Saturday, January 27, 2010, 58-year-old Robert Krentz was murdered on his ranch some 35 miles northeast of Douglas, Arizona. Krentz’s body was found the next day, the apparent victim of illegal immigrants, human traffickers, or drug smugglers crossing from Mexico into the United States.
Illegal immigration apologists insist that the Krentz murder was an aberration because most “undocumented aliens” sneak across our border only to escape the crushing poverty of life in Mexico and elsewhere in Central America. And while ranchers on our side of the border have seen far too much human trafficking and drug smuggling to buy into that argument, they are forced to recognize that they can expect little or no help from Barack Obama and Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano. The only friends they have are state officials in Austin, Phoenix, and Santa Fe, and the county sheriffs and local police of their cities and towns.
In the wake of the Krentz shooting Republican leaders in the state legislature decided they’d had enough. If the federal government refused to shoulder its responsibility, the people of Arizona would have to take matters into their own hands.
On April 23, 2010 Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer signed into law Senate Bill 1070, the “Support Our Law Enforcement and Safe Neighborhoods Act,” giving state and local law enforcement officers in Arizona the authority to check the immigration status of individuals suspected of violating other laws, including traffic violations, public intoxication, disturbing the peace, marijuana possession, etc. The law provides that, when such individuals are unable to provide appropriate documentation, local police officers can detain them and transfer them to ICE custody.
Although the law specifically prohibits document checks based solely on race or ethnicity, those who oppose the bill are concerned that implementation of the law will lead to racial profiling. That concern has led to the filing of six major lawsuits, including lawsuits by both the Mexican and U.S. governments.
As the Times reports, the U.S. Justice Department alleges that “the Arizona law will divert resources from the pursuit of dangerous aliens, including terrorists, spies, and violent criminals. It will harass authorized immigrants, visitors, and citizens who might not be carrying their papers when stopped by the police. It will ignore the country’s cherished protections of asylum and will interfere with national security interests.”
If these are the things the Community Organizer and his attorney general are concerned about, they need not worry. If the Philadelphia New Black Panther Party prosecutions or the failure to interrogate twelve Russian spies before trading them back to Moscow are examples of Obama’s pursuit of spies and violent criminals, we have nothing to lose. It simply is not possible to deduct something from nothing.
Nor should we worry about documented aliens, visitors, and Latino citizens who may not be carrying their identity papers when stopped by police. Anyone who has ever visited a foreign country knows that it is always best to carry a passport and/or visa. To not do so is simply asking for trouble. Should we expect any less of visitors to our country?
And finally, when did the American people decide to “cherish” our role as an “asylum” state for every hell hole on the face of the Earth? The United States has in the past given asylum to those whose lives would be endangered if they were to be returned to their home countries… not to those who were simply looking for a free ride on the backs of the American taxpayer.
When Robert Krentz was gunned down on his own ranch on January 27, 2010, precipitating a decision by the Arizona legislature and the state’s tough-minded governor to assume responsibility for the state’s own security, it signaled the beginning of a movement that will eventually inundate Barack Obama and his attorney general.
As other states join hands with Arizona to assert their 10th Amendment rights and to support the repeal of the 17th Amendment, Obama will find that, contrary to what the editorial writers at the New York Times might think, the Constitution does NOT trump Arizona. To the contrary, when his lawsuit fails in the federal courts because of previous decisions by the U.S. Supreme Court, Obama will be taught a long-overdue lesson that, in the American republic, it is the 50 sovereign states that rule.
On April 19, 1775, 700 British soldiers were met at Lexington, Massachusetts by an armed force of 77 Minutemen. In that confrontation one musket was fired and within minutes eight colonists lay dead. That single musket volley came to be known as the “shot heard round the world.”
On the morning of April 12, 1861, at 4:30 a.m., Confederate batteries opened fire on Fort Sumpter, South Carolina, launching the bloody American Civil War. It was the second shot heard round the world.
Because of overreaching by liberals and Democrats during the Obama era, the American people are now rediscovering that it is their right… yes, even their obligation… to “alter or abolish” government when that government no longer serves their best interests. The shot that killed Robert Krentz may one day come to be known as the “third shot heard round the world.”

Pete Stark brazenly mocks constituents at town hall meeting

Looking like a burnt-out teacher with three years left to retirement presiding over an after school detention session, Congressman Pete Stark (D-CA) took great pleasure recently in alienating his constituents at a town hall meeting by marginalizing the Mexican border issue and issuing sarcastic, belittling answers to reasonable questions that were asked of him.

When a Minuteman– part of a group that voluntarily patrols the Mexican border and reports crossings by illegal immigrants–stood to ask a question, Stark first asked him, “Who are you going to kill today?” Then in response to the question itself, which was why the federal government wasn’t doing more to seal the borders, Stark mockingly responded, “We’d like to get all the Minutemen armed so they can stop shooting people here.”

Stark then went on to make other amazingly detached and dismissive retorts which sparked outrage from various members of the audience, including a round of applause when the Minuteman asked his question again. Stark then insisted that the border was secure, which invited more jeers.

Politicians have always been accused of pandering to their constituents and offering transparently phony promises to address their concerns, feeling that a false front of sincerity was enough to placate their critics. In recent history however, politicians have reacted to voters with arrogant ridicule and outright hostility as a mass awakening has caused Americans to increasingly exercise their duties as citizens to become more politically active, challenging the dominance of the establishment that keeps career politicians in office.

Pete Stark’s performance at the town hall is the most brazen display of disdain from a politician towards ordinary Americans since Bob Etheridge assaulted a student who asked him a question on the street a few weeks ago. Such displays show that the masks are falling off the controlled authorities of the nation as the metaphorical lizards underneath them are revealed. Now, instead of rushing to put the masks back on, some political reptiles are deciding to show their true faces, baring their teeth and lashing their tongues out at their stunned constituents, whom they once at least pretended to represent.

Mexicans Plotted to Blow Up Dam Kill 10000s Americans

A mexican drug cartel called the Zetas plotted to blow up Falcon dam and kill 10000s americans. American officials told a Houston newspaper that the Zetas drug cartel had been involved in a plot to blow up Falcon Dam.



The dam is located on the Rio Grande near the Zapata and Starr County lines.

Law enforcement officials and emergency management officials told the Houston Chronicle that authorities secretly scrambled to prevent the rumored plot.

The Houston Chronicle reported that the Zetas intended to unleash billions of gallons of water to flood the Rio Grande Valley and northern Tamaulipas.

Zapata County Sheriff Sigifredo Gonzalez told the Houston Chronicle that the Zetas planned to blow up the dam to get back at its former ally the Gulf Cartel, not to terrorize civilians.

The Houston newspaper reported that the plot never happened and may have been prevented by the increased presence of the Mexican military south of the border.

Neither Homeland Security nor DPS commented to inquiries from the Houston Chronicle but authorities confirmed that federal, state and local agencies scrambled to perform surveillance and border security duties.

A spokeswoman for Texas Gov. Rick Perry told the Houston Chronicle law enforcement officials routinely monitor all threats to Texas and take the appropriate action to protect citizens.

Starr County Director of Emergency Preparedness Gene Falcon told the Chronicle that the blowing up the dam would have been a disaster.

The Chronicle reported that Mexican drug cartels are known to keep stockpiles of powerful weapons and explosives while some of the Zetas are believed to have demolition training.

Kyl says Obama said no border security for political reasons

On June 18, 2010, Arizona Republican Senator Jon Kyl told the audience at a North Tempe Tea Party town hall meeting that during a private, one-on-one meeting with President Obama in the Oval Office, the President told him, regarding securing the southern border with Mexico, "The problem is, . . . if we secure the border, then you all won't have any reason to support 'comprehensive immigration reform.'" Armed Mexican Pirates Robbing Americans on Falcon Lake, TX

McALLEN — Heavily armed Mexican freshwater pirates have been shaking down U.S. boaters on Falcon Lake, a reservoir and bass fishing haven that straddles the Rio Grande.

At least three such incidents have been reported since April 30, the latest on Sunday, according to a Texas Department of Public Safety warning issued Tuesday that linked the muggings to northern Mexico's increasing lawlessness.

According to descriptions of the incidents, the robbers — in at least one case posing as Mexican federal law enforcement officers — searched fishermen's boats for guns and drugs, then demanded cash at gunpoint.

One of the incidents reportedly occurred on the U.S. side of the lake.

“The robbers are believed to be members of a drug trafficking organization or members of an enforcer group linked to a drug trafficking organization who are ... using AK-47s or AR-15 rifles to threaten their victims,” the DPS statement said. “They appear to be using local Mexican fishermen to operate the boats to get close to American fishermen.”

It was unclear why sport fishermen were targeted, but the warning comes only a few weeks before bass fishing tournaments that are among the South Texas border region's biggest tourist draws.

DPS spokesman Tom Vinger said the warning was issued in part because of the upcoming tournaments.

Zapata County Sheriff Sigifredo Gonzalez said he would be discussing security concerns with tournament participants and has been reviewing protective measures with the DPS Border Security Operations Center and the region's Fusion Center, a federal information clearinghouse for terrorism prevention and response.

Reported victims included:

• Five people in two boats who were approached by four tattooed men April 30 claiming to be “federales” near the church at Old Guerrero, a once-submerged town on the Mexican side of the lake. The men boarded their boats, demanded cash and asked “where are the drugs?” They then took $200 from the Americans and followed the boats until they re-entered U.S. waters.

• Three fishermen who were approached May 6 by a boat containing two men who pointed AR-15s — the civilian version of the U.S. military's M-16 assault rifle — at them. One boarded the fishing boat, searched for drugs, cash and guns, chambered a round in his rifle and told the fishermen he would shoot them if they did not give him money.

• Boaters on the U.S. side of the lake who were approached by a boat containing five armed men on May 16, according to second-hand reports that reached law enforcement officers. The DPS said it couldn't confirm if the boaters had been robbed.

Tuesday's notice urged fishermen to stay as far as possible from any of the Argos-type boats typically used as fishing vessels by Mexican fishermen, which DPS said had large prows, small outboard motors without cowling and no identification numbers on the hulls.

Boaters on the lake also were urged to stay within U.S. waters and file a float plan with family members.

WASHINGTON – The U.S. Citizen and Immigration Services, a division of the Department of Homeland Security, already has drafted a plan for processing 13 million illegal alien applicants for amnesty in a 30-week period at an estimated cost of $1 billion, WND has learned.

The plan, a copy of which was obtained by WND, anticipates the approval of so-called "Comprehensive Immigration Reform" legislation pending in Congress and assumes a nine-month ramp-up period for processing of applications.

The undated draft report anticipates the possibility of the legislation requiring public benefits to amnesty applicants.

"If the statute requires interim benefits while application pending, issue discrete variant of status document (shorter term duration that [sic] if issued after prospective immigrant status granted)," the 14-page memo states.

Under the plan, applicants 14 through 79 years old would be required to submit themselves for photographs, a full set of fingerprints and a signature. A photo and single print would be required for others.

Only one outside contractor is discussed in the memo – Northrop Grumman – and the plan suggests negotiating a contract now, even before the legislation is approved. It also calls for volunteer help at local service centers and field offices.

The last time Washington attempted a push for amnesty under the guise of "Comprehensive Immigration Reform," under President George W. Bush in 2007, the project triggered an outcry from talk radio and the public. It failed as a result. However, the political makeup of the Congress has changed since then, becoming even more Democratic.

Democratic leaders recognize their control of both houses is in jeopardy in the November elections and are determined to pass the amnesty program – though they abhor that word.

Sen. Charles Schumer, D-N.Y., has enlisted evangelical leaders to promote the plan. Democrats are determined to get at least some Republican support for the measure so the party is not held to account for amnesty like it is for another unpopular piece of legislation following the health-care debate that already threatens many Democrat seats.

Even Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., and Sen. Lindsay Graham, R-S.C., formerly vociferous proponents of the plan during the Bush administration, have distanced themselves from efforts in the Senate to revive it.

"You can play a vital role," Schumer told religious leaders including Richard Land of the Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission and Mathew of Liberty Counsel, saying Republicans have great respect for them. "So please, if you could, help us get some Republicans just to sit in a room and talk to us."

In another perfect illustration of why the U.S. tourist industry is in free fall, audio has emerged of a Canadian couple who were interrogated and arrested by immigration officials after they dared to inquire as to why they were being asked such pointless and invasive questions.

Attempting to enter the U.S. at the Niagara Falls border, the couple were asked where they were going, to which they responded the Niagara Falls shopping mall. When the immigration official bizarrely demanded to know what shops they were planning to visit, the situation quickly worsened.

After daring to ask why they were being bombarded with such ridiculous questions, they were told to exit their car and are taken inside for further interrogation by another official. When the Canadian man rhetorically asks, “what are you gonna do, shoot me” the officials claim he is threatening them before he is arrested.

Officials claim the man “assaulted” them because he backed away for a moment when being arrested. The officials claim that their victims are required to submit to whatever order they give no matter how ridiculous.

To underscore the ludicrous justifications officials use for harassing people, the officer claims he personally stops three terrorists a day entering the United States from Canada. One wonders whether he characterizes a “terrorist” as someone who doesn’t instantly obey his every inane command.

Despite his pleas, the man and his wife are thrown in jail, at which point the audio ends.

Let us not forget that the United States does not stand alone in employing semi-retarded jackbooted goons who specialize in harassing innocent people to enforce security at its borders.

Before arriving in Ottawa to cover the 2006 Bilderberg conference, Alex Jones and his team were detained for 15 hours and put through a nightmare of interrogation, accusations and threats of arrest by Canadian immigration officials. Customs openly told Jones as soon as they brought him into custody that the Bilderberg Group was aware of his arrival and that this was the reason for his detainment. All three members of the team were instantly detained despite going through different immigration desks.

An Infowars.com reader sent the photo below taken during last weekend’s May Day protests. If authentic, the protest sign says it all. The man not only wants “free” healthcare and a free house and food, he will apparently also shoot police officers until he gets what he wants from America.

Is there a reason this man was not arrested for threatening to murder police officers?

Imagine a Tea Party activist with a placard calling for the murder of cops. He would be arrested immediately and slammed in jail. The corporate media would have a field day.

If indeed a real placard, it is a sad commentary. However, considering what happened in Santa Cruz and San Francisco — where Minutemen were attacked for opposing illegal immigration and buildings were set on fire — we do not doubt the above photo could be real.

While the U.S. government and federal authorities busy themselves targeting American citizens as domestic terrorists, it seems they couldn’t care less about the fact that the military of a foreign power is flying around American airspace with wanton abandon.

Residents of Falcon Heights, a south Texas border town, saw a Mexican helicopter hovering over a house shortly after 6pm on Tuesday night. The chopper conducted surveillance for about 15 minutes before flying back to Mexico.

“They had armored individuals in the chopper, open ramp, very military looking, in style and preparation,” said Zapata County Sheriff Sigifredo Gonzalez Jr.

“It’s proof the Mexican military sees no boundaries,” reported local KRGV News’ Stephanie Stone, adding that the incident wasn’t the first of its kind and wouldn’t be the last.

“The markings I understand read ‘La Marina’ which is equivalent to the Mexican Navy,” said Gonzalez.

Local residents who saw the chopper refused to talk about it on camera, but the news report showed images of the helicopter.

KRGV contacted nearly a dozen government agencies in an attempt to get answers. After contacting the the FAA about the chopper, KRGV were told to talk to the Customs and Border Protection, who said they knew about the incursion but were apparently unconcerned.

State and local authorities refused to return phone calls about the incident after they were also contacted by KRGV.

“A U.S. Customs and Border Protection spokesman says that a Mexican military helicopter crossed the border into south Texas late Wednesday afternoon before returning to Mexico without landing,” reported the Associated Press.

“Richard Pauza said Thursday that customs officers had spotted the helicopter over U.S. territory near the Falcon Dam in Zapata County sometime after 5 p.m. Pauza said he had no other information.”

While the government trains federal authorities and law enforcement personnel that U.S. citizens are the biggest threat, they couldn’t give a damn about the fact that the military of a foreign government is violating U.S. airspace when it pleases

Imagine if Soviet bombers or Iranian fighter jets were caught cruising around Los Angeles or Washington D.C. Would the government be at all concerned? Or are they too busy worrying about gun owners, Tea Party activists and Ron Paul supporters?

Indeed, this only helps the process of acclimating the American people to accept the sight of foreign troops on U.S. soil, a danger Congressman Ron Paul has characterized as a “horrible precedent” which is part of the “NAFTA scheme and globalization and world government.”

Lou Dobbs, the longtime CNN anchor, said Wednesday that he is leaving the cable news channel effective immediately.

Lou Dobbs, the longtime CNN anchor whose anti-immigration views have made him a TV lightning rod, said Wednesday that he is leaving the cable news channel effective immediately.

Sitting before an image of an American flag on his television set, he said “some leaders in media, politics and business have been urging me to go beyond the role here at CNN and to engage in constructive problem solving as well as to contribute positively to the great understanding of the issues of our day.”

“I’m considering a number of options and directions,” Mr. Dobbs added. A transcript of his remarks is available here.

Jonathan Klein, the president of CNN/U.S. said in a statement that “Lou has now decided to carry the banner of advocacy journalism elsewhere.”

“All of us will miss his appetite for big ideas, the megawatt smile and larger than life presence he brought to our newsroom,” Mr. Klein said.

Wednesday’s program will be Mr. Dobbs’ last on CNN. His contract was not set to expire until the end of 2011. He told viewers that CNN had agreed to release him from his contract early. No replacement has been named.

Mr. Dobbs informed his staff members of his intentions in a meeting Wednesday afternoon, catching some of the staffers off-guard.

Well known for his political positions, Mr. Dobbs is an outlier at CNN, which has sought to position itself as a middle ground of sorts in the fractious cable news arena. The CNN employees said Wednesday that they did not know if Mr. Dobbs was moving to another network.

Mr. Dobbs met with Roger Ailes, the chairman of the Fox News Channel, in September. At the time Mr. Dobbs was viewed as a potential hire for the Fox Business Network. But a Fox spokesperson said Wednesday, “We have not had any discussions with Lou Dobbs for Fox News or Fox Business.”

Mr. Dobbs has been with CNN since its founding, save for a two-year stint at a Web site called Space.com. He has evolved over the years from a straight-laced business anchor to an outspoken commentator who rails against illegal immigration and taxpayer bailouts, among other subjects.

Lately, though, he has saved most of his opinions for his afternoon radio show, which made its debut in March 2008. It is on the radio show that he talked repeatedly about the conspiracy theory claims that President Obama is not a United States citizen. When he mentioned the citizenship issue on CNN over the summer, his bosses were forced to call it a “dead issue.”

More recently, Mr. Dobbs’ views on immigration provoked a protest by Hispanic groups. Members of the groups complained that CNN was allowing Mr. Dobbs “to spread lies and misinformation about us each night.”

Wednesday evening, the advocacy group Presente.org, which had called on CNN to fire Mr. Dobbs, declared a “victory.”

“Our contention all along was that Lou Dobbs — who has a long record of spreading lies and conspiracy theories about immigrants and Latinos — does not belong on the ‘most trusted name in news,’” Roberto Lovato, a co-founder of Presente.org, said in a statement. “We are thrilled that Dobbs no longer has this legitimate platform from which to incite fear and hate.”

Last month the New Jersey State Police were called to Mr. Dobbs home to investigate a report of gunfire. Mr. Dobbs suggested that his family had been singled out because of his views on illegal immigration and border security.
