In 2014 I wrote about how the new world order plans sustained quite a few noticeable and uncomfortable setbacks, enough for anyone paying attention to take notice and wonder if 2015 would be worse for the global elite. Well it’s not quite the end of 2015 (as of the time of this article) and already there are signs all around us that the Western cabal’s new world order plans could be slowly dying.

Some people would consider this overly optimistic. My response to that is to point out that the journey to human freedom versus enslavement is a dynamic process with ups and downs. Those pushing for a one world government are fighting to prevent awakening and true revolution. They’re fighting to keep people unaware, confused and uninformed about significant domestic and global events. Yes, I agree at times it seems like things are getting worse. But I also notice that when things turn for the worse, things soon afterward often turn for the better. The net result is more than ever people are not believing mainstream media news. One minute we see that the “Strong Cities Network” new world order plans are rolling forward, the next minute we see how U.S. lies about arming terrorist in Syria are being exposed globally. Again, the net result is that in this dynamic process things are trending toward mass awakening and solutions. I interpret this as a possible sign that we are very likely witnessing the slow eventual death of the new world order whose existence is becoming less and less probable as more and more people wake up to the globalist plans.

There is change in the air. Orders and paradigms change all the time. Even the very phrase “new world order” is fading away as the globalist opt for terms like “Agenda 2030” whose participation is voluntary leaving it vulnerable to an awakened public. But the full prospects of an Orwellian mechanized brainwashed obedient society that the eugenic controllers dream about seems to be off course and off schedule. I believe there is growing evidence for several years in a row now that the plans of the new world order are dying. This death is the primary reason for the attacks on the Internet. Truth seekers should focus on ways to protect the Internet and free speech as an open Internet I believe all but ensures the defeat of the new world order.
What do you think? Is the new world order dying or not? Here are some examples of stories and narratives that have not exactly helped the new world order plans. These examples are in no particular order as they are all important signs of this slow dying process.

1. Russia, Putin dismantle ISIS psyop with direct bombing campaign and new accord with partner nations.

We’ve all watched as Russian air strikes have dealt a blow to CIA’s ISIS. Even more striking has been the U.S.’s lack of appreciation for Russian destruction of ISIS targets. And how can pro-“rebel”-ISIS terror partners McCain, Kerry, Obama and company be happy that their proxy terror army is being destroyed along with the U.S. military’s “7 countries in 5 years” war plan for the Middle East? Obviously this is bad news for McCain, Kerry and company. Even Obama’s “ISIS Czar” was forced to step down to avoid embarrassment or worse, being linked to arming and funding a known terror group. And it didn’t help that a few months back Russian hackers exposed the U.S. Intelligence filming one of the fake ISIS beheading videos green screen and all.
For that reason we’ve witnessed an enormous amount of daily anti-Syria, anti-Assad, anti-Russia propaganda flowing from Washington. All of this pro-war propaganda only exposes the failing and dying new world order and their PNAC plans. The tides are turning and few events have marked what could be a Middle East political turning point more than Russia’s decision to defend Syria from the West’s ISIS proxy terror group.

2. TV reporter “live” shooting false flag falls completely apart… then disappears from news prompting second seemingly staged shooting one month later.

What might arguably be the sloppiest crisis actor shooting in recent history, Sandy Hook notwithstanding, the Virginia TV reporter shooting may have set the bar at a new high in terms of bad actors, bad camera work, improbabilities, coincidences and staged calls for gun control. The death blow to this horrifically failed false flag was seeing not one but two distinct takes of the first shot. At this point the false flag attempt died for good prompting permanent removal from mainstream media’s short term memory bank. The last thing the establishment wanted was to have people sharing awareness of the failed false flag so for that reason they put together the Oregon school shooting about a month later. It was the perfect tool for helping everyone forget the supposed live TV shooting. To highlight a great example of this engineered forgetfulness take note that in December of 2014 I’ve pointed out in the past how the mainstream media deliberately ignored the anniversary of the Sandy Hook supposed massacre. Imagine the mainstream media overlooking the anniversary of the supposed largest childhood massacre in U.S. history. This is a good thing to look out for this coming December to see if they do it again or they roll out a brand new witness “I shot Bin Laden” style.
When crisis actor shootings are laid to rest as quickly as the Virginia TV Reporter shooting episode that is a potential sign that the new world order plans may be in trouble. The controllers have to be nervous about the impact of alternative media and the Internet and they seem to have received the message loud and clear. They know that their staged presentations have to be perfect and are subject to intense scrutiny by those awakened.  People are catching on to the unchanging script manifesto and all. Again just another sign of a potentially dying plan.

3. 2016 Presidential candidates continually taking jabs at globalist plans … starting to sound like “conspiracy” theorists.

Though the election process is still corrupt and controlled by dirty bought off politicians, it’s always interesting to hear sound bites of truth come out of presidential candidates and the debates with increased frequency. Yes, the debates are nothing but a sideshow to begin with, and yes the system is reeking with corruption. But as the new world order dies slowly we continue to hear small comments by certain candidates poking at the controllers, making controversial comments to make people think. Donald Trump naturally comes to mind in this context. We have a very long way to go in this race but I’m quietly wondering every day what “controversial” comments (9/11, vaccines, GMO etc) will be made next to catch the establishment off guard?

4. Bizarre desperate and futile attempt to sell repackaged new world order plans using the Pope falls mostly on deaf and inattentive ears.

So much production went into the Pope visit to America. People in awe of the Pope but deep down not knowing why. An ordinary old man representing stale ideologies of the distant past, trying hard to directly touch on political issues without anyone noticing that he was talking about global political issues which happen to be synonymous with the new world order plans. A reminder to us all that some people still believe whatever a single man blindly tells them. Though the Pope was applauded everywhere he went and all of his ideas went unchallenged as usual, there is reason to believe the whole Pope show in America in September of 2015 was another subtle sign that the new world order could be dying. We’ll see how many freedom loving, educated and informed Americans fall for “sustainable” global living psyop enforced by the U.N.  I don’t expect too many will go for this. I truly believe Pope followers applauded the Pope because he is the Pope not because they truly comprehended the magnitude of his tyrannical message. I also believe many people heard his global order message and simply didn’t take him seriously.  The real question thus is, does anyone actually listen to the Pope?

5. U.S. geopolitical strategies and provocations are now regularly failing.

The provocations of old (Pearl Harbor, Gulf of Tonkin, WMD, 9/11) and new (MH-17, Syrian chemical weapons, North Korean “hacking” SONY) are exposed to the world. These provocations are the false flag lies and important pre-war accusation pinned on enemies of countries the U.S. wanted to destroy. These events are cemented into U.S. history and today we are now seeing provocation attempts badly failing. We spoke above about the ISIS plans now blown open by Russia. The thing Russia has done is to sabotage the Pentagon’s “7 countries in 5 years” Middle East plans admitted by General Wesley Clark years after the invasion and destruction of Iraq had begun. The atrocious failures of the U.S. provocations were evident the last few years with the “chemical  weapons” claim against Assad and his country of Syria. When U.S. Intelligence strategies are no longer working it could be a small subtle if not obvious sign that the new world order is finally dying.

6. United Nations keeps trying to outline new rules for new world order, no one takes them seriously.

Like the Pope, the United Nations has been very busy declaring things that should be, could be and will be, but is anyone outside of the puppet politicians really paying attention? Is anyone prepared to give up their sovereignty and personal interest to the will of the United Nations for any reason? With most Americans not believing in the anthropogenic global warming Al Gore CO2 lies is there any chance people will blindly accept U.N. “sustainable” regulations while the control system pretends climate changing geoengineering is not happening? These are the fundamental questions everyone should ask before thinking that U.N.’s declaration of a need for “sustainable” living is gospel.

7. “Conspiracy theories” now commonly being adopted as reality in some churches and other important sectors of life.

Mass resistance to government corruption is at all-time high. The resistance is coming from many directions. Many people are sorting out in their minds how to categorize this rising global tyrannical force. Some Christians are trying to relate this to scripture and prophesies as the link above shows. As truth seekers we’ll take it. Whatever it takes for people to realize what is happening. Many of the “progressive” moves carried out by the Obama administration have quietly backfired on the globalists as people make the connection between today’s social engineering, education system agenda and the occult which the globalist are all into. Another example is people in the health care industry are waking up to the corruption in the medical industrial complex as they observe attempted forced vaccination and heavily funded campaigns to keep people in the dark about the truth behind GMO foods, all the while the cancer-industrial complex make billions. It appears many people from all the sectors of life are now waking up and seeing the truth about what is happening.

8. Attempted secrecy from political leaders and agencies now backfires in ways it never did before.

Every day we’re hearing about emails (e.g. Hillary, IRS scandal, IPCC) being exposed to the world showing political corruption and planned lies being told to cover up crimes. These revelations in the form of emails, documents, recordings, videos, whistleblower statements and more are all helping remove presidential candidates and forcing resignations from political positions. I believe the attempted secrecy by politicians is now failing because of the dying new world order which clearly underestimated the impact of the Internet. Humanity is only getting better every day. I hope and expect in the near future to see improved and comprehensive ‘anti-corruption’ applications that will tell the world when a politician is lying and committing a crime. Here’s a thought. Can future A.I. software be programmed to search and expose government corruption? What if A.I. were used against tyranny and top-down control or to expose crisis actor shootings? This question will be answered in due time but for now I see a slow but undeniable pattern shifting in the direction of political accountability.

9. The mainstream media primary portal of information is slowly dying.

We’ve heard it many times. Mainstream media ratings are at an all-time low. Every day fewer and fewer people are getting their news from mainstream media. This is a definite problem for the new world order which relies on the mainstream media cooperative mouthpiece to spread their propaganda, lies and deceit. The biggest problem mainstream media faces is us. Yes, alternative new media is rising more than ever because we are covering the whole story not just an agenda driven cookie-cuttter version of the event. The success of true alternative media is that it satisfies the natural human quest for truth by providing information deliberately left out by mainstream media. Anyone can tell a lie and mainstream media will push that lie but it is much harder to stop someone else from revealing the parts you purposely omitted. You can only name-call someone “conspiracy theorist” so many times before the phrase loses its meaning as we have seen over the years. So as long as mainstream media stays on script and filters their monopoly news through CIA these problems of survival and decreasing ratings will continue. Will mainstream media eventually go completely broke and be forced to go away once and for all? I foresee in the future a failed attempt at perhaps a CIA-run single mega network. This single “ministry of truth” network will launch failed attacks on alternative media and be exposed as mainstream media is exposed today. For this reason independent and alternative media must keep moving forward and be ready to deliver the finishing blow to an already dying government information system.

10. Local police pull together, take jab at Big Pharma corruption and greed.

Positive police stories are extremely rare today so this one caught my attention. Police in Gloucester, Massachusetts pulled together to expose big pharmaceutical companies contributing to the pain killer drug addiction in their town. This problem is part of the corrupt medical industrial complex which is another part of the new world order. The word is out. People everywhere have had enough of large pharmaceutical companies pushing their dangerous drugs on humanity and killing people with full immunity. It’s nice to see something like this happen to hold these criminal companies accountable. Another example of a slowly dying corrupt system.

11. U.S. blows up hospital in Afghanistan – Doctors and International community call for war crimes charges before it can be blamed on terrorists.

This was not an expected headline in the past. Usually U.S. war crimes are hidden or the mainstream media pretends it’s not happening. As usual they (the mainstream media)  tried to downplay this story again. They even timed the latest suspected crisis actor mass shooting in Oregon with this event so on the day the U.S. military commits an atrocious war crime against humanity (October 3, 2015) the mainstream media was giving 24/7 coverage to the suspicious crisis actor shooting at Umpqua College which took place around 48 hours prior. Despite this usual attempt to downplay the news of the war crime, thanks to the many other independent, international and alternative news networks the word of the incident got out quickly and is now common knowledge to the international community. Everyone who cares about humanity should be hoping for justice to be served for those murdered while in the hospital sick or taking care of the sick. The severity of this war crime cannot be understated and the fact that the international community is calling for war crime charges puts another dent in the plans of the new world order. Humanity is well aware of who the terrorists are. The walls are closing in and this war crime just made those walls crumble a little quicker.

12. Despite ongoing false flag “mass shootings”, control system not able to pass gun laws legislation.

We all observed as another suspected crisis actor shooting took place on October 1, 2015 and another a month prior to that. In the latest shooting incident notice the entire narrative from A to Z was provided by “witnesses.” As usual, no actual pictures of the dead bodies or blood, no images of emergency vehicles rushing to the scene, not one cell phone video emerged from the scene, no authenticated sound, no blood stains on the floor, spent bullet shells or any logically cohesive narrative that makes sense provided. We saw the usual “manifesto” and as usual the shooter ends up dead leaving no evidence for the public to chew on. The entire narrative as I said was provided by select witnesses. That’s the bad news for those who hate being intellectually insulted. The good news which is actually bad news for the globalists and the cooperating Obama administration is that no matter how much they want to disarm Americans, statistics prove over and over again that when Americans are allowed to be armed there are no shootings whatsoever. In other words MORE guns mean LESS mass shootings. But wait, we just said the shooting looked fake. So what do we do about this? Shouldn’t lying to the public be a crime? And shouldn’t we be trying to expose these shooting events. Yes we should by all means, but in the end the logic suggesting that more shootings should be a reason to disarm Americans is fundamentally flawed. For that reason all these false flag shootings are not working and though we may not succeed in awakening others to the false flag at least we can rest assured that there is evidence to show that their plans are all actually backfiring as Americans begin to realize that they cannot afford to not have a weapon. People are realizing that it takes just one armed responsible American to disable a potential shooter and this is much more effective than depending on a liberty destroying police state to provide perceived “safety.” People are realizing that no degree of “safety” is worth giving up your rights for.

As long as the globalists don’t see the logic in their way of thinking they will continue to use these shootings to push their agenda, but thankfully it appears that the flaw in their logic won’t allow them to gain any ground on this issue. This is yet another example of the failure of the new world order as they will never get their new world order without disarming everyone and disarming Americans it appears now will never happen.

13. Monsanto losses continue to mount, inching closer to collapse.

Another example of the dying new world order as I mentioned in part 1 of this article is the failures of Monsanto which is said to be inching closer and closer to collapse. Every day we hear a Monsanto story as their products are being linked to cancer by other countries, researchers and scientists. Monsanto cannot run or hide. Their name alone is synonymous to many people with evil, corruption, greed, intimidation, deception and much more. Face it, Monsanto has become a representation of what is wrong with humanity today. We never hear Monsanto mentioned in a positive light and there is a reason for that. They do nothing to help humanity. They are directly responsible for all those who get cancer and die as a result of eating years of Monsanto genetically modified foods like the mice did in the famous Seralini studies. That Monsanto is falling is another potential sign of the inevitable collapse of the control system it works for.

14. Police departments nationwide forced to give back grenade launchers, bayonets and tanks.

Another story we don’t see too often. Police are now being forced to give back military gear they probably got through the federal 1033 program which allowed the local police to get combat gear to begin with. There is some irony given that the federal government is responsible for the issuing out of this military gear and is also the one asking for it back nationwide. Does the federal government simply want the gear so that they can give it to someone else? Is this part of another nefarious plan? Either way, whenever you take big guns away from the local police that’s another possible sign that the new world order may be slowly dying.

15. Climate alarmist caught in largest scandal in U.S. history.

This, in the words of former Virginia State climate scientist Pat Michaels after it was reported that 20 climate alarmists wrote a letter to Obama urging him to use RICO laws to imprison global warming deniers or climate “skeptics.” On top of this the plan is now backfiring as chief climate alarmist ‘Anne Shukla’ is now reportedly facing House investigation for numerous other issues including climate change mega funding without any accountability. The globalist need their global warming lies and climate change “sustainable” agenda without which they’ll never get their Agenda 2030 new world order plans. Of course they will never look to expose geoengineering which is destroying the planet because stopping geoengineering and arresting and imprisoning or executing pilots cooperating with global spraying programs against humanity and the planet doesn’t give them the global carbon tax and control over humanity they need.

16. Texas governor orders federal BLM agents to get out of Texas!

Governor Greg Abbott, in response to the ongoing battles between Texas land owners and the federal government’s Bureau of Land Management, wrote “The BLM should demonstrate that the federal government still respects private property rights and end this unconscionable land grab.” Abbott also wrote in April of 2014 “I am about ready to go to the Red River and raise a ‘Come and Take It’ flag to tell the feds to stay out of Texas.” also stating “Texas will not wait any longer” in response to the BLM not answering the questions it’s been asked regarding illegal land grabs. The tone of this inquiry sounds intense. Clearly the state of Texas has had enough of federal government thugs thinking they have power over the state and private land owners and this seemingly soft threat is a reminder that federal government is subordinate to the state according the U.S. Constitution. Let this be a reminder to all that if we are going to allow government to exist then it can only exist in a bottom-up manner where federal government has the least amount of power. Anything else is tyranny.

Let this also be a reminder to all that it is up to us to do the things necessary to make sure that power flows from the lowest level upward. Top-down power must be held in check. Empower your town to do what is in the best interest of the people not large corporations, federal government or international bodies who like to push their regulations in the form of “initiatives”. As long as states continue to put the federal government in place and as long as people stand up for themselves at the lowest levels the new world order plans will never succeed because it is dependent on people not realizing their own sovereignty, influence and power at the lowest levels.

This may sound simple but I’ll say it again. The simple realization of self ownership, if enough people realize this is all that is needed to ensure the failure of the new world order. We’ve covered many different angles here and there are many more that could have been listed. It’s important to realize that the controllers never stop trying so rest assured that they are licking their wounds and looking for new techniques to implement in order to continue their agendas. The intention of this article is not to spread false hope but to spread motivation and encouragement to all to continue doing what you are doing to help fight for humanity and to inspire you to do more. The battle is ongoing and we can’t ever assume the battle is over all already won. We are nowhere near that point, however the victories are all around us. Victories and accomplishments we could not have imagined just a few years ago.

Did The EPA Intentionally Poison The Animas River ??

I am thinking there were multiple reasons for something like this - - funding, but also Agenda21 - - re-wilding of the west - - they want most all of the US to be "NO HUMANS ALLOWED"  . . plus if people get sick/die from the heavy metals in the process, it's the sacrifice that must be made (from their perspective . .

A week before The EPA disastrously leaked millions of gallons of toxic waste into The Animas River in Colorado, this letter to the editor was published in The Silverton Standard & The Miner local newspaper, authored by a retired geologist detailing verbatim, how EPA would foul the Animas River on purpose in order to secure superfund money...

"But make no mistake, within seven days, all of the 500gpm flow will return to Cememnt Creek. Contamination may actually increase... The "grand experiment" in my opinion will fail.

And guess what [EPA's] Mr. Hestmark will say then?

Gee, "Plan A" didn't work so I guess we will have to build a treat¬ment plant at a cost to taxpayers of $100 million to $500 million (who knows).

Reading between the lines, I believe that has been the EPA's plan all along"

Sound like something a government entity would do? Just ask Lois Lerner...
As we concluded previously,

The EPA actually has no concern for the environment, they just happen to use the environment as a cover story to create laws and gain an advantage for the companies that lobbied for exemptions to the agency’s regulations, and to collect money in fines. There are solutions outside the common government paradigm, and that is mainly the ability for individuals, not governments, to hold polluters personally and financially accountable.

Toxic waste, including arsenic and lead, which seeped into a river in southwest Colorado, has now crossed the state border into New Mexico. More than 550 gallons per minute are entering the water flow system according to the Environmental Protection Agency, which caused the spill.

The agency says it should have the results of samples undergoing lab testing soon, so they can find out just how contaminated the river has become. Aside from lead and arsenic, federal officials say the spill also contains, cadmium, aluminum, copper and calcium.

High levels of arsenic can cause blindness, paralysis and cancer, while lead poisoning can create muscle and vision problems in adults and can be fatal for children.
"We're busting our tails to get that out," Environmental Protection Agency Regional Director Shaun McGrath said, as cited by AP. "We know the importance to people to have this information."

The bright orange toxic sludge, which entered the Animas River in Colorado, has now crossed the state border into New Mexico and reached the city of Aztec on Friday night. Local communities in both states are not happy and have blasted the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for being slow in warning residents after the spill took place.
"There's not a lot we can do. We can keep people away (from the river) and keep testing. We still don't know how bad it is," San Juan County Emergency Management Director Don Cooper said, according to AP.

Officials in the cities of Aztec and Farmington say they have shut down the river’s access to water treatment plants, adding that the communities had a 90-day supply of water.
The Animas flows into the San Juan River in New Mexico, and the San Juan flows into Utah, where it joins the Colorado River in Lake Powell. There are also reports that the contaminated water is heading towards Utah.
The EPA says they have finished building two containment ponds, which are aimed at treating the toxic sludge in the river. However, this is very much a short-term plan, while the long-term issue of cleaning up the spill will take some time according to McGrath.
“The sediment, the metals that are in that sediment are going to settle out to the stream bottom," he said. "As we have storm surges, as we have flooding events, that sediment can and likely will get kicked back up into the water. We're going to have to do ongoing monitoring," McGrath added.

It is estimated that over one million gallons of toxic waste has already found its way into the river. The spill was caused after the EPA was investigating the abandoned Gold King Mine on Wednesday together with the state Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety. They accidentally breached a debris dam that had formed inside the mine and this triggered the release of the waste into Cement Creek, a tributary of the Animas River in San Juan County.
Ironically, the initial goal was to find a safe way to pump out the wastewater from the mine, which was abandoned in 1923 and treat it, EPA spokeswoman Lisa McClain-Vanderpool said.

Agenda 21: California Law Would Abolish Private Property

Part of the United Nations’ Agenda 21 is the abolition of private property. Confiscation of private property will be done under the guise of “sustainability.” They’ll argue that having a large plot of land is an inefficient use of the land, and that your land would be better used if it were developed into something else.

Perhaps they’d prefer that a mass transit rail run right through your property. So they’d take your property over through eminent domain, forcing your out of your own house and off your property to somewhere else where they have much more dense housing, and use the land that was previously yours as they saw fit.

These types of tyrannical gestures are being implemented around our country at the local level. In California, there is a law that’s awaiting Governor Brown’s signature that would institute an agency at the county level that could seize private property basically on a whim and using “sustainability” as the excuse.

• A city mayor or county supervisor forms a new joint powers authority called a “Sustainable Communities Investment Authority” (SCIA), they appoint elected officials to serve on the SCIAs board.
• If you live within 1/2 mile of a bus that runs every 15 minutes during peak commutes, or the SMART train or Caltrain in a single family home neighborhood your neighborhood can be targeted by the SCIA as inefficient land use and “blighted” as it is not high density multi-family housing. Almost everyone reading this in Marin (apart from some Steve Kinsey constituents in Western Marin) is therefore affected – I have seen the map with these 1/2 mile radiuses and it covers almost all Marinites.
• The SCIA can then wield the power of eminent domain to purchase unused, for sale or even occupied land in order to build high-density multi-family housing – that it deems to be efficient land use.
• The SCIA can then impose local taxes on us to pay not just for the eminent domain purchases but to help the land developer build by subsidizing the building of high density housing.
• In order to meet criteria in SB1 allowing imposition of local taxes the SCIA must impose “a sustainable parking standards ordinance that restricts parking in transit priority project areas to encourage transit use to the greatest extent feasible.” Yes you read that right, “to the greatest extent feasible.” This could mean anything from reducing available parking, to introducing parking permits and parking meters.

This is, of course, nothing less than communism. They just don’t call it communism. They call it “social justice.”

Alabama became the first state to adopt a tough law protecting private property and due process by prohibiting any government involvement with or participation in a controversial United Nations scheme known as Agenda 21. Activists from across the political spectrum celebrated the measure’s approval as a significant victory against the UN “sustainability” plot, expressing hope that similar sovereignty-preserving measures would be adopted in other states as the nationwide battle heats up.

The Alabama Senate Bill (SB) 477 legislation, known unofficially among some supporters as the “Due Process for Property Rights” Act, was approved unanimously by both the state House and Senate. After hesitating for a few days, late last month Republican Governor Robert Bentley finally signed into law the wildly popular measure — but only after heavy pressure from activists forced his hand.

Virtually no mention of the law was made in the establishment press. But analysts said the measure was likely the strongest protection against the UN scheme passed anywhere in America so far. The law, aimed at protecting private property rights, specifically prevents all state agencies and local governments in Alabama from participating in the global scheme in any way. 

"The State of Alabama and all political subdivisions may not adopt or implement policy recommendations that deliberately or inadvertently infringe or restrict private property rights without due process, as may be required by policy recommendations originating in, or traceable to 'Agenda 21,' " the law states, adding a brief background on the UN plan hatched at the 1992 “Earth Summit” in Rio de Janeiro.

The people of Alabama acting through their elected representatives — not UN bureaucrats — have the authority to develop the state’s environmental and development policies, the official synopsis of the law explains. Therefore, infringements on the property rights of citizens linked to “any other international law or ancillary plan of action that contravenes the Constitution of the United States or the Constitution of the State of Alabama” are also prohibited under the new measure.

SMART GRID: TECHNOLOGY FOR “BIG BROTHER”

It’s not been two years since utility companies rolled out Smart
Grid, the massive project to restructure the nation’s electrical system, which includes replacing existing old analogue meters on homes and businesses with ones that transmit information by radio frequency. “Smart grid delivers electricity from suppliers to consumers using two-way digital technology to control appliances at consumers’ homes to save energy, reduce costs, and increase reliability and transparency.”

But despite glowing promises of energy savings and lower rates, the project from the outset has faced opposition from a public that does not want a technology that can “control appliances” from a point outside the home, and is increasingly alarmed by the threat the meters pose to health and privacy. And that opposition is growing.

“There is a major war being waged in this country, although you'd never know it by the silence from the old, disgraced media (ABC, CBS, NBC) and all the cable ‘news’ networks,” writes columnist Devvy Kidd in a recent report for NewsWithViews. “This new assault on our bodies and privacy is over another relatively new piece of technology that allegedly will save energy … When I say millions of Americans are up in arms over this, I am not exaggerating.”

Those millions of Americans come from all points on the political spectrum – conservative, libertarian, liberal, independent. Democrats and Republicans, tea partiers and progressives find themselves united against the local utility company and, ultimately, the U.S. Department of Energy, the lead agency for the project.

But apart from health and privacy issues, every taxpayer has reason for concern. Smart Grid doesn’t come cheap. Estimates vary as to cost and range from $100 Billion to $2.2 Trillion. In February 2010, the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) announced Smart Grid will cost $165 billion over the next 20 years.

“Governments, industry bodies, and electric utilities around the world are coming together with newfound urgency – spurred in some regions by copious amounts of economic stimulus funds – to stimulate the development of the Smart Grid,” reports Pike Research, a consulting firm specializing in analysis of “clean technology” markets.

All this, for something for which there is no consumer demand, but is driven by government fiat. Why this “newfound urgency”? What’s the hurry? Particularly at a time when economies around the world are in serious trouble.

Patrick Wood, co-founder of The August Institute and editor/publisher of The August Forecast and Review, may have discovered the answer; and he presented his findings this June at the California Eagle Forum in Sacramento. It was the group’s Tenth Annual State Conference, and the organizers chose for a theme: “Agenda 21 and Its Many Tentacles” – of which Smart Grid can certainly be regarded as one.

As described by Wikipedia: “Agenda 21 is the action plan of the United Nations related to sustainable development, and was an outcome of the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development (UNCED) held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in 1992. It is a comprehensive blueprint of action to be taken globally, nationally and locally by organizations of the UN, governments, and major groups in every area in which humans directly affect the environment.”

Wood titled his talk: How Agenda 21 Seeks to Implement Big Brother’s Technocracy Controls through Smart Meters, Smart Grids, and Smart Growth – which pretty well sums up his conclusions.

“Smart Grid enables control over energy (water and natural gas, too!), distribution and consumption, on a local, national and global basis,” Wood states on his webpage.

With its ability to continuously monitor electrical usage and control electrical devices in people’s homes, “Smart Grid is not just a new system for delivering electricity more efficiently; it’s the enablement of Technocracy,” he told his audience; and later: “It’s a subset of Technocracy.”

Technocracy?

Most participants at the conference were no doubt familiar with Smart Grid, particularly since California Eagle Forum President Orlean Koele has written and published a book detailing its many threats to health and privacy. But many of these same attendees appeared never to have heard of Technocracy. Which isn’t surprising: it was a movement that flourished during the early 1930s, only to disappear suddenly down the memory hole. Wood has written several articles on the subject -- including one in NWV – but watching images and power points projected onto a screen made his remarks particularly chilling, even for those who had read his reports.

It is Wood’s contention that although Technocracy as a movement died decades ago, the philosophy lived on behind the scenes at Columbia University where it had been founded, and today is being positioned as the replacement system for capitalism.

This would explain the sudden fervor to install a costly project like Smart Grid worldwide, and Wood mustered compelling information to bolster his arguments.

“They cannot make Technocracy happen without Smart Grid in place,” Wood later told NWV. “They have to have it.”

Worse than Communism

Here are a few of Wood’s remarks on Technocracy from his Eagle Forum address:

“Technocracy, if implemented, would create totalitarian control, but it is NOT socialism, communism or fascism. It looks like it but it’s not. Our ladder is leaning up against the wrong tree on this. It’s totalitarianism and it is much, much worse.”

“It seeks to replace the price-based economic system with an energy-based system – think energy currency, think energy credits, think pricing everything in terms of the energy it takes to produce it, rather than the free-enterprise market system we have right now in currency,”

“Technocracy makes no provision for private property, there’s no mechanism for accumulating wealth. Everything is controlled by energy production and consumption, and everything is controlled by the state from the top down.”

If this information was new to conference attendees, it was also relatively new to Wood, who recalled he’d been researching and writing for 35 years about globalization, the global elite, and in particular “the machinations of the [300-member] group known as the Trilateral Commission,” yet in all that time had never heard of Technocracy.

About three years ago he ran across a historical study of an organization called Technocracy Inc. and, intrigued, was soon immersed in research on this obscure group and movement. He was amazed at what he found. Laid out in decades-old academic journals, newspapers and magazines, was the framework for an entirely new economic-political system designed to replace capitalism.

“Technocracy proposed not just a new shuffle, but a replacement economic system based on energy distribution and consumption and run by engineers, scientists, and technicians,” Wood said.

It had been developed and promoted by just such a group – “technocrats” they called themselves -- during the early 1930s at Columbia University. They believed that capitalism was dead and the resulting society should be micro-managed by experts like themselves. One of its cofounders was M. King Hubbert, in those days a brilliant young geo-physicist. During the 1950s Hubbert devised the “Peak Oil Theory,” which holds that humans are fast using up the planet’s supply of oil. He is recognized as one of the founding fathers of the environmental movement.

Formally incorporated as Technocracy, Inc. in 1932, the movement was one of the most popular the U.S. has experienced, with over 500,000 card-carrying members at one point. Suddenly it disappeared, rejected by both the newly installed Roosevelt administration and the public, and “scrubbed” from history.

But during the movement’s brief heyday, technocrats created and published volumes of reports and documents, including a definitive handbook: Technocracy Study Course.

Circling the Noose

“These guys, being scientists and engineers, wrote a detailed list of requirements that would be necessary to implement Technocracy -- first in America, then the entire North American continent,” Wood said. Here are five of those requirements with his comments.

Technocracy, Inc. 1932: Energy Distribution Requirements

• Register on a continuous 24 hour-per-day basis the total net conversion of energy: Think Smart Grid for a minute, which you know you’re going to see
• By means of the registration of energy converted and consumed, make possible a balanced load: You’ll see the words ‘balanced load’ all over the literature for Smart Grid…
• Provide a continuous inventory of all production and consumption: Now this is not just for energy: this is all production and all consumption, but the first blush is of course of energy.
• Provide a specific registration of the type, kind, etc. of all goods and services, where produced and where used: This is 1932 folks. Are they doing this today? Are we being sliced and diced with the data and stuff?
• Provide specific registration of the consumption of each individual, plus a record and description of the individual (Scott Howard, et al, Technocracy Study Course, p. 232: Think Homeland Security. Think NSA.

In addition to the five Wood listed, the Study Course has two more requirements:

6. Allow the citizen the widest latitude of choice in consuming his share of Continental physical wealth [each person’s “share” to be determined by technocrats]
7. Distribute goods and services to every member of the population.

“They’re circling the noose of this data collection around us, and now, all of a sudden, out of the blue comes … Smart Grid. Lo and behold, give the engineers a list of requirements and they’re going to come up with a new bright idea lickety-split.”

Replacing Capitalism

In 1969 Zbigniew Brzezinski, then a professor at Columbia, wrote the book Between Two Ages: America’s Role in the Technetronic Era, which Wood has called a “Neo-Technocratic treatise.” He recalled he’d read it when it was published but it meant nothing to him. So with a new awareness of Technocracy, Wood reread it, “and lo and behold I find out that the book parallels exactly what [the technocrats] said in 1932.”

“Here are the same themes; the same concepts; in some cases the same phraseology,” Wood exclaimed. “Brzezinski just used the word technetronic to replace technocratic. It’s similar, but not quite the same -- and absolutely the same concept.” Wood contends that had Brzezinski lived during the 1930s he would have been “leading the charge” for Technocracy Inc.

In 1973 David Rockefeller and Brzezinski set up the Trilateral Commission, with the goal of creating a “New International Economic Order.”

Wood regards Rockefeller as someone who is a master at “hijacking” other people’s ideas. Technocracy was apparently one of them, an idea that “Rockefeller and his crowd ended up hijacking for their own benefit.”

Until the last few decades the technology didn’t exist for implementing a technocratic order. For that you need computers capable of maintaining a “continuous inventory of all production and consumption,” and registering “on a continuous 24 hour-per-day basis the total net conversion of energy,” and so on through the other requirements.

You also need an electrical grid system able to handle massive amounts of data, one that allows provider access to and control over a consumer’s electrical devices. You need Smart Grid.

As noted earlier: “They cannot make Technocracy happen without Smart Grid in place. They have to have it.”

Another necessary element is a controller chip in everyone’s computer, thermostat, washer, drier, and so on. That’s been developed, and – as Wood put it – “All the major manufacturers are running nuts over this to put this chip into everything you buy.”

He predicted that within a year “you aren’t going to be able to buy a washer, drier, a new thermostat, air conditioner, or whatever that doesn’t have this technology embedded in it -- and there is no way to turn it off within the device.”

One Contiguous Policy Unit

Smart Grid doesn’t stop at U.S. borders. There are plans – 50 percent completed -- for creating a North American Smart Grid, with 22 working groups that the Security and Prosperity Partnership “cut loose with the Dept. of Energy” talking with other countries to tie the Smart Grid together between Mexico, Canada and the United States “in one contiguous policy unit.”

Some elements are already in place and the negotiations are a “done deal” – “they’re merely working on the build-out at this point.”

“And this has all happened in the last three years,” Wood emphasized. “In 2009 when the financial meltdown happened and President Obama authorized a recovery stimulus package, $3.4 billion was ponyed up to be put onto Smart Grid -- just summarily. Nobody paid attention to it at that time.”

Other industrialized counties in the world did the same -- Canada, Mexico, countries in South America, China, Great Britain, Germany, and Switzerland. “All across the world they spent stimulus money to kick start Smart Grid in their own countries,” said Wood.

“Does that tell you something?” he asked. “Who orchestrated that? Who gave them simultaneously the idea to do it with taxpayer money, not industry money?”

Contacted later by telephone, Wood told NWV that U.S. tax dollars did not fund Smart Grid in foreign countries -- the money came from their own stimulus packages. “They did it themselves through their own governments.”

However, he said, pressure could have been applied probably by the IMF, the World Bank, or the Bank for International Settlements – perhaps all three. These organizations “have their hooks” in other countries’ political systems where Smart Grid is being implemented, Wood observed. “They can make nation states hop and sing and dance to their tune.”

It Ain’t Over Yet

In his concluding remarks Wood emphasized that Smart Grid is happening with no congressional (or parliamentary) oversight in any country. “Nobody’s looking at this – it’s by executive fiat.”

And he reminded his audience: “Technocracy makes no provision for private property, no mechanism for accumulating wealth. Everything is controlled by energy production and consumption, and everything is controlled by the state from the top down.”

Last – a touch of whistling-in-the-dark humor: “It ain’t over till it’s over. And in the meantime, remember – Smart Grid is watching you.”

Agenda 21 Update: Family Farms Are Under Attack

Is the US government starting to implement the policies of the United Nation’s plan for global management of people and resources known as Agenda 21? The latest efforts out of the Department of Transportation (DOT) seem to indicate this is happening. And they are starting by targeting America’s farming communities with costly and oppressive regulations.

In Late May, the DOT proposed a rule change for farm equipment, and if it this allowed to take effect, it will place significant regulatory pressure on small farms and family farms all across America – costing them thousands of dollars and possibly forcing many of them out of business. The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), part of the Department of Transportation (DOT), wants new standards that would require all farmers and everyone on the farm to obtain a CDL (Commercial Drivers License) in order to operate any farming equipment. The agency is going to accomplish this by reclassifying all farm vehicles and implements as Commercial Motor Vehicles (CMVs).

(It is also important to note here that DOT Secretary Ray LaHood holds a seat on the newly created White House Rural Council. A powerful group whose members have ties to George Soros and The Center For American Progress.)

The move by the DOT appears to be “legislation through regulation.” By reclassifying all farm vehicles and implements as Commercial Vehicles, the federal government will now be able to claim regulatory control over the estimated 800,000 farm workers in America, at the same time, overriding the rights of the states.

This proposed change literally means family farms could no longer legally allow young workers, not old enough to drive and seniors who no longer drive on the public streets, to operate a tractor… even on the family’s private property.

The proposed change also means ANYONE driving a tractor or operating any piece of motorized farming equipment would be forced to pass the same rigorous tests and fill out the same detailed forms and diaries required of semi-tractor trailer drivers. This reclassification would bury small farms and family farms in regulation and paperwork.

Some of the additional paperwork and regulation required:

• Detailed logs would need to be kept by all drivers – hours worked, miles traveled, etc.
• Vehicles would have to display DOT numbers
• Drivers would need to pass a physical as well as a drug test – every two years.

The Wisconsin Farm Bureau Federation (WFBF) is one of many farm organizations not happy about the idea and has sent the DOT a letter expressing this opinion:

“WFBF opposes any change in statue or regulatory authority that would reclassify implements of husbandry or other farm equipment as Commercial Motor Vehicles (CMVs)”

WFBF Director of Governmental Relations Karen Gefvert continues, explaining the excessive cost to farmers if this allowed to move forward:

“The proposed guidance by the FMCSA would result in an initial increased cost to each Wisconsin farmer and employee of $124 just for the CDL license, permit and test; not to mention the time and cost for the behind-the-wheel training that is several thousand dollars.”

Additionally, Illinois farmers believe this regulation will also force new restrictions on trucks used in crop-share hauling. (One estimate claims more than 30% of Illinois farmers utilize shared land.) These crop-share trucks are typically limited-use vehicles that often travel fewer than 3000 miles each year, mainly hauling crops from the fields to nearby grain elevators. To require them to follow the same rules as semis would also mean a farmer would be forced to purchase substantial insurance.

Pennsylvania County Rejects Agenda 21

The Mercury, March 8, reported that Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, will be letting its membership in ICLEI (International Council of Local Environmental Initiatives), lapse due to constituent pressure and dislike for ICLEI’s message, Agenda 21.

Montgomery County commissioners learned what that meant at a recent meeting held in the county seat, Norristown, when local residents, Maggie Roddin and Ruth Miller charged the county commissioners with “being in league with the U.N. to promote that organization’s global warming agenda.”

Montgomery, and surrounding counties, including neighboring Philadelphia County, joined in 2007 for, like many other communities, “the purpose of buying software to calculate the county’s carbon footprint. ICLEI’s mission is to help local governments achieve ‘global sustainability,’ according to the organization’s charter.” Edmond, Oklahoma joined for the same reason but the city recently rejected its membership, partly because local residents learned that a city’s agreement to that same charter places the city under the jurisdiction of the ICLEI.

At the Norristown meeting, Commissioner Joseph Hoeffel, amused at Roddin’s and Miller’s allegations, said, “The only thing I laugh at is absurd allegations that the county has a treaty with the United Nations or a treaty with a foreign government.”

But across the country, in Edmond, a grassroots effort, Govern Edmond Locally (GEL) came up against the same denials from its city officials. GEL found it quite easy to connect ICLEI membership with the United Nations and has issued its “3 Click Challenge,” available on its website, to warn residents of the U.N. connection. Residents of other cities already embroiled with Agenda 21, or in those communities considering it, find the easy to understand Challenge a useful tool in combating the misinformation circulating about sustainability by making the connection in three mouse clicks.

In spite of Commissioner Hoeffel’s claims of no U.N. affiliation, the website of Montgomery County, which received $6.2 million in stimulus funds, reveals that …

the Greenprint plan found on the county’s website, the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, formed by the U.N. in 1988 to study global climate change, “provides broad evidence that global climate change is a reality, and that human activity appears to be altering the climate by increasing atmospheric levels of greenhouse gases.

Sustainability sounds warm and fuzzy but when residents find that their cities are signing on to a U.N. scheme, they are successfully fighting back. Miller told the commissioners, “I am here today to be the voice of residents of Montgomery County, who I am certain are unaware that their county government has signed a treaty with the United Nations to reach global sustainability goals.”

The Mercury noted that the Roddin and Miller have spoken out at past meetings about the UN agenda to slowly erode property rights. Miller continued, “The United Nations is creating a global governance framework right under our noses and you, as County Commissioners are in a position to stop it.”

According to local activist Mark Affleck, “Maggie Roddin has a radio show and has been instrumental, if not responsible for, getting the word out about the dangers of ICLEI and Agenda 21. Her work, along with Ruth Miller’s, demonstrates what can happen if a few people get involved. There’s more to do, but these two have been pretty much alone in battling Agenda 21 in this area.”

County Policy Chief Steve Nelson said Wednesday that the membership had expired.

Understanding of this issue is important to defending your city, and prompted Tom DeWeese, American Policy Center to pen an article about effective opposition, How To Fight Back Against Sustainable Development.
