UNDERSTANDING EXOPOLITICS...
There are several species of ET or Interdimensional lifeforms across the Multiverse, the issue we face, is that about 6000 Earth-years ago there was a dispute across all species of ETs which led to a revolt and the future of the Human Family and whom has legal right to direct the future expansion across the galaxy and then the universe.
The Rebel Force wants control over the Human Race, hence they invented and gave us Government and Religion as the greatest control mechanisms on the planet. Those loyal to the original purpose and Prime Directive for Earth and the Human Race, want us to be part of the "Family of the Multiverse" and a "physical" extension of themselves. The "Alpha Program", was superseded by the "Beta Test" of the Human Race. The "Alpha Program" would have kept Humans in a "State of Love", the "Beta Program" which was installed when the Human Genome, our DNA was damaged, gave Humans the "Fight and Flight" reactionary programming of the brain.
After 6000 years of Beta Programming, humans have murdered each other for personal gain and have reached the point of destroying Earth itself, by nuclear and toxic pollutants and have reached the critical mass of facing an Extinction Level Event which will make Fukushima pale in comparison.
The Beta Test has failed and now the ET Rebel Force would rather destroy the planet and Human life, than to admit they wrong. Armageddon is the Paradigm change to end the Beta Test and restore the Human Family back to the "Alpha Program", a State of Love, repair our DNA and help restore the plant back to the standards of the "Prime Directive", in order that Humans will join the "Family of the Multiverse" and start populating the Earth-like planets.
The Rebel Force is already here and have been working with the Military developing advanced weapons to destroy life on Earth, we are just waiting for DISCLOSURE! After Disclosure the Rebel Force will show themselves. Armageddon and the Liberation of Earth will not happen until after Disclosure and Alien or ET Occupation of the planet.

News station confirms that UFO sighting is neither bird nor plane
Who doesn't love a UFO sighting on a slow news day? A Denver FOX31 news crew has confirmed a local man's report of unidentified flying objects regularly zipping around the sky. Like the man, the crew was able to capture on camera the mysterious objects. The Federal Aviation Administration and the North American Aerospace Defense Command both shrugged, saying they had no records or reports of such activity, so the station summoned an aviation expert, who was also stumped. "That is not an airplane. That is not a helicopter. Those are not birds. I can’t identify it," he said. But while he allowed that it might be some kind of debris, "as it fits the definition, it's an unidentified flying object." Cue the creepy music.

UFO War in Antarctica - fact or fiction?
Is there a UFO battle in Antarctica?
According to John Kettler, a former US military contractor and scientist, there is an expanding UFO war that is now taking place in waters off Antarctica. Kettler cites unnamed “sensitive sources” to substantiate his claims that a US led coalition of naval forces is militarily engaging with hostile extraterrestrials. This UFO war is an extension of alleged naval battles off the coast of San Francisco earlier reported by Gordon Duff from Veterans Today who refers to his own unnamed “reliable” sources. There is little more than a collection of unnamed sources supporting such allegations, and there is good reason to conclude that Kettler’s and Duff’s claims are part of a psychological warfare operation that may be related to planning for a false flag alien event. There is one historical incident that casts light on whether or not Kettler’s claims are part of a psychological warfare program being slowly unveiled to the world. There is new evidence that Admiral Richard Byrd’s famed 1946/1947 naval expedition Operation High Jump did encounter and battle a mysterious UFO force in Antarctic waters.
According to John Kettler, who has written a series of articles claiming that the US Navy along with its allies are battling hostile extraterrestrials based in underwater locations in the Pacific:

The UFO War continues to expand, with heavy action in the Antarctic Ocean … according to highly sensitive sources. Two submarines of the Chinese PLAN (Peoples Liberation Army Navy) have been slammed together, resulting in injuries, but no fatalities, to the submariners inside them.Kettler goes on to claim:
Last night, 20 UFOs, traveling at 25,000 mph, left the Antarctic Ocean in a group and went to Guadalajara, Mexico. Another group of 15, flying at the same speed, went to Argentina. This morning, 12 more emerged and went to Chile.Duff made similar claims to a UFO war in the Pacific that he originally reported in September.
Now an Asian intelligence agency reports that a combined fleet operation between the US and China has been going on, a full combat operation against what we are told is a “highly unfriendly extra-terrestrial threat.” The verifications of the fleet operations have been many, there have been no confirmations from the US side though the ships have been seen by every vessel that makes it offshore. The true nature of both the threat and the extent of the multinational military force used is beyond any imaginable classification level.Kettler also wrote an article titled, “UFO War Explodes Through Entire Pacific Ocean! Now A Coalition War!,” where he claimed:
UFO War in the Pacific has now become a five-nation coalition war through the Pacific Basin, per supersensitive terrestrial sources. Naval forces involved include the U.S. Navy (U.S.), PLAN (People’s Liberation Army Navy) (China), JMSDF (Japanese Maritime Self-Defense Force) (Japan), ROKN (Republic of Korea Navy) (South Korea) and ROCN (Republic of China Navy) (Republic of China/Taiwan)… Total is around 200 ships, including two U.S. aircraft carrier battle groups, many additional surface combatants (frigates through cruisers), numerous submarines and multiple URGs (underway replenishment groups) to keep all the warships fueled, munitioned, crews fed and supplied with multitudes of items. The UFO War is an unprecedented kind of coalition war–with all the headaches and political delicacies that entails.Given that Kettler, along with Gordon Duff, only cite unnamed sources in support of an expanding UFO war in the Pacific and now Antarctica, it is tempting to dismiss their claims as part of some agenda to make the general public believe in hostile extraterrestrials attacking the US military and allies. There is one historical incident that does give circumstantial support for Kettler’s and Duff’s claims. In 1947, a US naval expedition did appear to engage in a UFO war – one where the US Navy apparently suffered significant casualties and had to withdraw.
An extraordinary 2006 Russian documentary was recently translated into English. It revealed new information about the US Navy Antarctica expedition of 1946/47 – Operation Highjump. The Naval expedition was headed by famed polar explore Admiral Richard Byrd whose expedition ended after only 8 weeks with “many fatalities” according to initial news reports. Rather than deny the heavy casualty reports, Admiral Byrd revealed in a press interview in Chile that his Task Force had encountered a new enemy that “could fly from pole to pole at incredible speeds.”
After the Soviet collapse in 1991, the KGB released previously classified files that cast light on Operation Highjump. A 2006 Russian documentary, recently translated, made public for the first time a 1947 secret Soviet intelligence report commissioned by Joseph Stalin of the Operation Highjump mission to Antarctica. The intelligence report, gathered from Soviet spies embedded in the US, revealed that the US Navy had sent the military expedition to find and destroy a hidden Nazi base. On the way, they encountered a mysterious UFO force that attacked the military expedition destroying several ships and a significant number of planes. Indeed, Operation Highjump had suffered “many casualties” as stated in initial press reports from Chile. While there is a possibility the report resulted from US disinformation fed to a known Soviet mole, the more likely explanation is that the report exposes the first known historical incident involving a battle between US naval forces and an unknown UFO force stationed near Antarctica.
In the Soviet intelligence report, never before known testimony by two US Navy servicemen with Operation Highjump was revealed. The most revealing was Lieutenant John Sayerson, a flying boat pilot, who is quoted as saying:
The thing shot vertically out of the water at tremendous velocity, as though pursued by the devil, and flew between the masts [of the ship] at such a high speed that the radio antenna oscillated back and forth in its turbulence. An aircraft [Martin flying-boat] from the Currituck that took off just a few moments later was struck with an unknown type of ray from the object, and almost instantly crashed into the sea near our vessel…. About ten miles away, the torpedo-boat Maddox burst into flames and began to sink… Having personally witnessed this attack by the object that flew out of the sea, all I can say is, it was frightening.” [Our Real “War of the Worlds"]There is a serious question mark over whether or not another USS Maddox served with Operation Highjump, and a further question arises over whether the US misled Soviet authorities with false intelligence in 1947. Despite these unresolved questions, there is a very real possibility that the 1947 Soviet report is substantially accurate. If so, then we have a historical precedent for the US Navy battling an unknown UFO force in Antarctic waters.
The lack of confirmed sources makes Kettler’s and Duff’s claims of an undeclared war between hostile extraterestrial forces and a US led naval coalition in Antarctica and/or the Pacific, something to be seriously questioned, if not dismissed altogether. This is especially so given whistleblower testimony that a UFO false flag war has been planned for several decades. The likelihood that Kettler and Duff are unknowingly disseminating misinformation about hostile extraterrestrials as part of a false flag UFO scenario is high as I have written earlier.
The alleged 1947 UFO battle in Antarctica involving the US Navy either really happened or was US misinformation fed to the Soviets during the Stalin era, and later released to the general public in 1991. If the Soviet report is based on disinformation, then its release serves to promote international conditions for a future false flag UFO operation. If the Soviet report is substantially accurate, then the historical precedent of a 1947 UFO US Navy battle suggests that it would be unwise to simply dismiss Kettler’s and Duff’s claims as disinformation. In either case, great vigilance is required on the part of those investigating claims of battles between a US led alliance of naval powers, and hostile extraterrestrials based in undersea bases in Antarctica and/or the Pacific Ocean.

US alien treaties exist according to Veterans Today Senior Editor

Gordon Duff is the senior editor of the popular Veterans Today
website who just over a month ago attracted much media attention for his
claims that a joint US Chinese naval task force was battling UFOs off
the coast of San Francisco. In a Veterans Today blog
released today, October 20, featuring an interview recorded on Coast to
Coast Radio four days earlier, Duff provided details of a briefing
document he personally witnessed in 1982 while working for an unnamed
government agency. Duff claims that the document belonged to an
organization called Majestic 12 – a committee allegedly formed to
develop government policy on alien life – and contained references to
two treaties with extraterrestrial civilizations. The treaties,
according to Duff, were coerced upon the USA and other countries by a
hostile extraterrestrial race. In revealing more details of his 1982
experience, Duff is hoping to cast light on what sources have told him
of a hostile extraterrestrial race that the navies of the US, China,
Japan and South Korea are currently secretly fighting in the Pacific
Ocean. Is Duff revealing the contents of a genuine highly classified
government document he witnessed decades ago; or is he disseminating
disinformation that was created with the purpose of creating a false
flag extraterrestrial threat that may be unfolding at this very moment
in the Pacific Ocean.
In his radio interview, Duff described the initial experience that
made him aware of the extraterrestrial issue for the first time. He
says:
In 1982 I was put on the readers group for Majestic 12. I received an original copy, slightly redacted. Done on a typewriter, dated August 23, 1977, Office of Naval Intelligence. About 12 pages long, I had copy number five.
Duff claims that at the time he had a high level security clearance
from an unnamed government agency, and that it took him 18 months to be
cleared for the Majestic reading group. After reading the document for
about two hours, Duff put it back in its binder, and never saw it again.
Duff revealed the contents of the document:
The document covered the period from 1947 to 1977 when they were produced. They indicated that over this period we had two distinct treaties. There have been more since, I have been told. One [treaty] in 1947, initially with President Truman. One in 1953, with President Eisenhower… The 1953 treaty with President Eisenhower was an agreement, a coercive agreement against the USA on behalf of a hostile alien power that wished to be able to kidnap a number of citizens from the United States, which means of course that they had agreements with other nations as well.
What Duff revealed next might
be a shocking set of provisions forced upon US authorities by hostile
aliens, or something straight out of a propaganda manual to condition a
domestic audience for a future false flag alien war.
The numbers were unusually high. These were not people that were going to be detained, and probed, and returned. These were people that were going to be detained and butchered. They were very clear about that!
There are some important reasons to suspect that Duff may, in 1982,
have been unknowingly recruited to spread, at some future time,
propaganda that would assist a false flag operation.
First, there is a well known collection of Majestic documents
that have been released since 1984, and have been vetted and
investigated by independent UFO researchers ever since. Some of these,
according to leading researchers such as retired nuclear physicist, Stanton Friedman,
are very likely to be genuine. Other Majestic documents are more
controversial in terms of authenticity. Nevertheless, none of the
Majestic documents refer to an alien treaty, and none refer to the
coercive provisions described by Duff.
Second, if there was a coercive treaty imposed on U.S. and other
national government authorities with the onerous provisions described by
Duff, there would have been other whistleblowers coming forward to
reveal this. While there have been a significant number of
whistleblowers that have come forward to describe agreements between US
authorities and alien races, none of these whistleblowers describe the
onerous provisions detailed by Duff. For example, Dan Sherman (USAF
retired) claims that he was trained to communicate with an alien species
involved in the abduction phenomenon while he was stationed at the NSA.
Sherman claimed that the names and numbers he was relaying appeared to
be part of an agreement to monitor alien activities with abducted
humans. None of these activities were as egregious as those described by
Duff. Sherman wrote:
The bitterness began a few months after I had started to receive comms from Bones [an extraterrestrial]. It hit a sharp incline when I began to receive the abduction comms and now it hit a crescendo. I was tired of being supposedly so important because of my abilities, yet treated like an underling with no need-to-know…. Why the abduction data? Why had everything been passed in code, mostly, until now? … I finally came to the conclusion, after reporting over 20 apparent abduction scenarios, that I wanted no part of the program any longer. Although I had no reason to believe anyone was being maliciously harmed, I did get a feeling that the abductions I was reporting were part of some sort of higher calling and the feelings of the people involved took a back seat to that calling. [Above Black: Project Preserve Destiny (One Team Publishing, 1988) 134, 136]
Third, an alleged treaty that clearly describes people being detained
and butchered is highly likely to be disinformation. If provisions of a
treaty do contain onerous conditions, these would undoubtedly need to
be cleared at a very high level, and be framed in a way that would not
be so obvious. That would ensure that senior national security figures
would not be prosecuted at some future time if and when the
treaty/agreement was released to the general public.
In conclusion, it is more than likely that Gordon Duff was
unknowingly misinformed with the alleged Majestic briefing document he
witnessed in 1982. The goal was probably to recruit Duff so that at a
future time he could promote a hostile alien threat scenario that could
be manipulated by national security authorities tasked with the
extraterrestrial issue. The creation of a false flag alien attack or
invasion would enable the national security apparatus to impose more
stringent security procedures that significantly increase their
influence; maintain a cover up of extensive advanced technologies
developed from retrieved alien spacecraft; clamp down even further on
whistleblowers exposing alien related classified projects; and, finally,
manipulate public opinion about the intentions and activities of
visiting extraterrestrial life. Duff, John Kettler and
other writers that are currently discussing various sources alleging an
expanding battle in the Pacific Ocean between hostile aliens and a US
led naval coalition may be revealing a real life Battleship movie
scenario. More likely, Duff, Kettler and others are disseminating,
unknowingly at best, a well prepared and thought out false flag alien
invasion scenario that would make it even more difficult for the public
to learn the truth about extraterrestrial life visiting our planet.

A film titled Hangar 18
features a plot that anyone familiar with Genesis 6 and the heritage of
Cain will find more than a little interesting. This post illustrates
the connections and highlights a recent development in supercomputer
tech that suggests similar prepping for the coming mark of the Beast. Hangar 18, a sci-fi "B" movie from 1980 flopped at the box office. It was later skewered in Mystery Science Theater 3000 (May 1989). Like Ed Wood's “Plan 9 from Outer Space” (covered here), the real value for us in this is how the Devil's plan is set forth in yet another window of insight into what has been and what's coming soon.
Hangar 18 is an appropriate title for this UFO movie because Hangar 18 at Area 51 is the most famous building at the base. At Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio, another Hangar 18 allegedly houses what was collected from the Roswell UFO incident. The film capitalized on the public's awareness of those numbered hangars. The number in the title is what drew my attention to this film, because 18 as a familiar signal number like 9 (1+8=9) and 666 (6+6+6=18).
Here's the dialog of a key scene.
Harry: Kelso has deciphered the
alien's language. This is a translation of a document found aboard the
spacecraft. Now, the translation is very rough and is incomplete, but if
what we can read is true, and there's no reason to doubt that it is,
then all the previous information that we have had about the origin of
mankind and the human race is absolutely false!
Man: What are you talking about, Harry?
Harry: This is a report of a previous visit of the spacemen to earth. This report speaks of the capture, the training, and the use of certain “animals” as slaves, both male and female. The slaves worshipped them as gods.
Man: Then, what they referred to as “animals” were pre-humans?
Harry: Yes. The report also speaks to the fact that the female slaves found it a great honor to be chosen to live with and to bear the offspring of the gods. You see it's no coincidence that the spacemen are almost identical to us. It is not, Sarah, a case of two species developing, evolving independently of each other. Those ancient spacemen altered forever our evolution. They are the missing link.
Man: Do you know what you're saying?
Harry: We, mankind, the human race, are their children. What we must find out now is why they're monitoring us, why they're watching us!
Man: What are you talking about, Harry?

When Harry says “all the previous information that we have had about the origin of mankind and the human race is absolutely false,” he's referring to anything that contradicts the story told in the document, which includes the Bible. This repudiates Genesis and invalidates Judaism and Christianity, of course.
By now, the “alien” document's version has become pretty familiar to me. It reflects back to what really happened in the Garden of Eden (Eve bore the offspring of the nachash, the patriarch Cain) and also reflects upon the days of Noah. There's a clue in the statement “why they're watching us” because it was 200 angels in a class known as Watchers who chose breeder wives for themselves among mankind. They, with their offspring, were targeted in the purging of flesh from the face of the earth in the flood of Noah's day. That “alien” document's story is becoming very relevant because a version of it appears to be coming within the next 3 years, with plenty of hard evidence to back the claims. The story will be like Hangar 18's version, with some truth mixed in with deadly lies.
The
numbering of the hangars and the film as 18 signals the mark of the
Beast transformation. That's not the only number signaling. In the scene
that immediately preceded the key dialogue two astronauts were in an
elevator, descending. We were shown three numbers representing floors,
24, 23, 22. The 23 in the middle is the signal sex chromosome number.
The sum of the three numbers is 69, another key signal number for the
mark of the beast transformation, triple helix DNA. While the pair of
astronauts were descending in the elevator, the bracketed 23 and the sum
69 signaled seed descending from heaven to earth. The scene then cuts
to another where we hear the interpreted document's version of our
heritage, as descended from spacemen. “We, mankind, the human race, are
their children.” Obviously, one scene was intended to set us up for the
next. Have you ever heard of the ancient astronaut
theory promoted by such as Erich von Däniken, Giorgio A. Tsoukalos,
Zecharia Sitchin, Robert K. G. Temple and David Icke. There it is.
The movie is an occult messaging device, concealing and revealing, a vehicle for mass media programming. I wonder how many children watching the movie may have blurted out something like, “Hey, look Mommy! The alien looks like grandpa!” I think he looked like Tor Johnson, who played the big zombie-ghoul from Plan 9. (See image below right) I think that was a planned association to establish a subliminal link between these two productions.
We do have “alien” DNA, serpent DNA. Claims to this effect will be validated, so that much is true enough. Noah had been a pure descendant of Adam, “perfect in his generations.” We are not. The lies from the father of lies will spin this to his advantage.
Discrediting
the Bible makes the whole sin and judgment “problem” vanish like a
disproved myth. Since there will be no salvation issue, Beast or mark of
the Beast, such a sales job as this will remove the barrier for many
who would otherwise reject the genetic “upgrade” that will be offered as
the “life” option that “completes their evolution.” In a scene near the end of the movie, we hear some more NLP or suggestive programming in the dialog.
“These are all designated landing areas.
O my god, they're coming back!”
The “alien” (O my god) gods are returning. The planned landing areas were sites obviously chosen for world domination. The return (that is never addressed further) appears to be for an invasion. This is what the “alien” commander, aka the Devil is orchestrating. The two Beasts the apostle John saw rising from the sea and earth, will make their appearance as the stars in this show. Perhaps most centrally, Revelation 9 pictures entities like locusts rising from the pit in a kind of alien invasion. Similar scenarios were pictured in Plan 9 from Outer Space and in a few of Rango's scenes, plus in many other movies. Many expect an alien invasion of sorts where they manifest and cause chaos in December of this year. While there may be something to that, I can't say I know. I do believe there will be several phases of what some consider an “alien invasion,” manifesting in a variety of deceptive ways. I believe this began a very long time ago and that it will continue until the campaign of Armageddon is decisively brought to its appointed conclusion, as per Revelation 19.
19 And I saw the beast and the kings
of the earth and their armies assembled to make war against Him who sat
on the horse and against His army. 20 And the beast was seized, and with

That end may be seen as a conflagration. Right after the dialog I just presented was heard, Hangar 18 is hit with an incendiary device falling from the sky (false flag) and everything goes up in flames. The fiery destruction of the earth described in 2 Peter 3 seems to be in view. The only survivors of the assault were those who had been inside the alien ship, which was unscathed. The false flag assault on Hangar 18 had been intended to destroy the alien ship and all evidence that it had existed. The plan backfired and the alien ship and the government cover-up were exposed. The movie ends with a media report that suggests the end of the US presidential administration responsible for the deception. Maintaining that administration's status quo had been a important plot line throughout much of the movie. The message seems to be that this current administration's attempt (sovereign Yahweh) to defeat the alien will fail. That's just not going to happen.

I've been writing pretty regularly about DNA as both hydrous and crystalline. Aaron reminds me of documented reports of those who receive kidney transplants acquiring the memories of the donor. The tissue or the DNA of the tissue appears to be a repository of memory, crystalline storage and perhaps recording and playback devices.

Via an occult message delivery system that sits somewhere toward the other end of most folks' credibility spectrum, Wired.com just served up an article titled, “‘World Shaker’ Crossbreeds Processor With Memory Chip.” In it, we read, “In today’s world, biomedical research and other “Big Data” applications that juggle enormous amounts of information are butting up against that memory wall, and if we’re to achieve “personalized medicine” — where we tailor drugs and other treatments to an analysis of an individual’s genetic makeup — we need chips that can push through that wall.”
This touches upon the mark of the Beast, as I've described in several posts what I believe will be the technology of an implanted chip. (including here: Part 11 - See, it's the "i" of Horus! ISIS Mobile Commerce Network and Isis Mobile Wallet) I believe a chip will be customized to an individual's biology, and that through a bio-feedback looping of harmonics, the genetic code will be rewritten to generate a third strand of DNA matching to the Beast. Presto chango. Mark of the Beastie post-human hybrid.

Ricardo Baretzky, an operational director of an intelligence agency’s
Asian desk tasked with coordinating multinational counter-terrorism, I
received confirmation of the authenticity of this video. Baretzky made
the following remarks:
We had spotted a large UFO craft in
the same region some weeks ago. It was sighted 20 minutes after the
uniquely unsuccessful test of a North Korean missile.
It passed analysis but was of
probable terrestrial origin, 1 kilometer in circumference and, by our
estimations a reconnaissance craft with a 5 man crew, capable of speeds
inside the atmosphere of 16,000 mph. Outside the atmosphere? We can
only guess but endlessly more advanced than rocketry.
This is a different animal
entirely. The old records show it to be a horseshoe shaped
reconnaissance craft of possible extraterrestrial origin. This craft
could pose a real global security threat should initial analysis be
confirmed.
Early records indicate that a
similar craft “horseshoe” shaped UFO had been sighted during the 1950s
by American military interceptor craft.

He dubbed these actions "divine intervention," since it appears that when the UFOs make their presence known it seems to be for benevolent reasons. To that end, he specifically cited craft shutting down nuclear weapons as an example of their positive intent. According to Wilcock, these benign UFOs are working in opposition against a group he called "the cabal" which consists of the power brokers behind the New World Order agenda. The leaders of the cabal, Wilcock said, are "openly and routinely interacting with a variety of extraterrestrial species," possess knowledge that humans are actually ET hybrids, and maintain stargates that allow them to leave the Earth at will. He contended that one of the key goals of the cabal, which has been planned for 300 years, is a "mass uncloaking of their true identity and their philosophy." This philosophy, he said, is rooted in Luciferianism, but has been corrupted over time to espouse ideals like "the manipulation and control of people for the betterment of self" and using occult rituals for personal gain.
Eventually, he said, this conflict between the benevolent ETs and the cabal will reach a crescendo as the planet shifts into a "golden age" as prophesied by religions and myths around the world. However, he claimed that the prophesies were "cleverly worded" by the ETs to trick the sinister "powers that be" into believing that mass disasters will befall the planet during this transition, thus distracting them and keeping them fearful. A YORKSHIRE councillor with bigger political aspirations claims he has had hundreds of encounters with aliens and even says he has a 9ft-tall green "mother".
Coun Simon Parkes, who was elected to Whitby Town Council in February as a Labour Party candidate, claims he has been visited by extra-terrestrial beings throughout his life.
He says he has also been the subject of "horrific" alien operations, and had an implant put into his hand by the creatures.
Coun Parkes, who may stand for Scarborough Council in North Yorkshire, speaking in a YouTube video, said his first encounter was seeing a kite-shaped face when he was a foetus in the womb.
He adds that the first direct encounter he recalls with an alien came when he was a six-month-old baby.
"I was in the cot," he said. "Two green stick things came in. I was aware of some movement over my head. I thought 'they're not mummy's hands, mummy's hands are pink'."
Coun Parkes said he was then picked up by the creature, which was 9ft tall, had huge eyes, two holes for a nose and was wearing a purple cloak.
"I was looking straight into its face," he said. "It enters my mind through my eyes and it sends a message down my optic nerve into my brain. It says 'I'm your real mother, I'm your more important mother'."
