Just What Is Reality?

Just what is reality? In recent years the definition of reality has become strangely blurred. Since no one appears to know what the definition is, the media has taken great steps to keep us informed. Their T.V. shows and movies have obviously been crafted to show a new definition. But, those T.V. shows and most of those movies are not what reality is.

Reality is the lady next door to the “football party” waiting for the guests to throw away their “excess” pizza so she and her family can eat for another day.

Reality is over 500 church goers, in Loveland Colorado, driving by a homeless person so they can hear a sermon about the giving.

Reality is a 79 year old woman who was told by all of her relatives, except one, to put her money in the bank but decided to buy Gold and Silver instead. She has increased her “funeral fund” 400% and still bakes for the one person she trusts.

Reality is the man who decided to work with the homeless. He and his wife now help minister to hundreds….Under the Bridge. (Play the video)

Reality is the majority of people following the advice of the song and dance men on T.V. who talk about how great the financial recovery is….even though the dollar is falling like a stone. (Even though one of the best “song and dance” men has all of his portfolio in Gold and Silver)

Reality is going to a park and seeing the homeless in tents and not offered any food from the huge R.V.’s.

Reality is the preacher who would love to build a huge “facility”, goes to seminars in Houston to learn how….but does not preach the WHOLE GOSPEL….just talks about “giving to get”….and then has the audacity to bring in an outsider to talk about how great “his” church has become since they added a whole new program…just for “entertaining the kids”.

Reality is the state governments running out of money because no one is working in that state since all of the manufacturing has gone “off shore”.

Reality is the man who has skills beyond belief but cannot find a job so he resorts to a “handyman” type business just to keep some money coming is.

Reality is the food shelves going empty because the people who would normally bring food for others now come to get something to eat.

Reality is a nation where 80% of the population calls itself Christian only has 20% going to church. (I can’t say as I blame them much.)

Reality is the person who goes on a mission trip to a foreign country but does not know his neighbors and refuses to talk to them about Jesus because his “lifestyle” does not demonstrate a Christian walk.

Reality is the Lieutenant Colonel called back to Active Duty…just to train foreigners in Urban Warfare ….in this county.

Reality is the “farmers markets” shut down because they do not have “permits” and did not have their food certified by the FDA.

Reality is the truckers who are denied loads from the West Coast because they are not Union and are not affiliated with a “recognized” company. They are Owner Operators….whose income cannot be verified for tax purposes.

Reality is very simple…..when defined in Biblical terms.

“Be not deceived. God is not mocked. That what you sow, that shall you also reap.” “If you sow to the wind, you shall reap the whirlwind”

The examples stated are real. The people are real. The situations are real.

Will this nation continue on the path it has taken? Will this nation continue to “pass the buck” to some politician who promises “freebies” or will this nation fall on its face before the Living God and repent? Not likely.

A small amount of people are telling the masses to prepare for what is coming but are being dismissed as “too radical”.

A very small amount of preachers are preaching the truth. Their churches and ministries are small….but dedicated.

Freedom from everything that is coming can only be found in God.

A no time in history is it more apparent than right now that the only solution to our problems is direction from God Almighty.

Absolute Reality is: Very few are listening.....
