This is the 'new world governance' model:
-- The nation-state is gradually internationalized and dissolved, and finally starts crumbling, under the mounting pressures of economic breakdown, civil unrest, mass privatization, and so forth;
-- At the same time this is happening, 10 continental "regions" are (being) formed, under international governance, by international agencies, on behalf of the banks and corporations that own them: the first is the European Union, then there's the African Union, the ASEAN and South Asia, the North American Union (SPP) and UNASUR (for South America), one for the Caribbean, another for the Pacific, other for the old Soviet bloc, and yet another for the Middle East and North Africa;
-- These 10 regions are directed and coordinated by the big global agencies: namely the IMF, the World Bank, the UN, FAO, among several others;
-- The economic and political engines for this 'integration', into these 10 regions, are presently the US, Europe and China, and that is the tripolar model that was laid out by people such as Brzezinski, quite a long time ago;
-- One of the hallmarks of the gradual disintegration of the nation-state is the rise of privatized city-states, mini-states, and production hubs. These are the heavily guarded high tech "communities" of the UN Agenda 21. They will respond to the global, as well as to the regional "authorities". This is the "seamless flow of governance, from local to regional to global", that the Agenda 21 Treaty refers to;
-- This global system will be of laissez-faire, monopoly capitalism for the big global bankers and CEOs; and it will be a sovietized police state, marked by obscurantism and arrested development, for everybody else.

This, as Jones says, is 'Zardoz'. It's also all the movers and shakers talk about. One good book to read on this is "A Brief History of the Future", by Jacques Attali, one of the guys who work on these big geopolitical projects for the world. This madness has, of course, to be stopped. You count -- this is the time to take action.
