"We Threw Out The Constitution With The Patriot Act" - Rand Paul
(I am so blessed to live in a state where I had the opportunity to vote for a true patriot for the US Senate . .. and he actually won! . . . hard to believe that he got through the system, looking back . . . it is up to us to try to support him and others . . .meanwhile, our other Senator is the treasonous Minority Leader, Mitch McConnell . . . I can only hope that he will find his way to the exits, with another patriot replacing him . . .)

To clarify my comment about the Borg mentality. This does not include Sen. Paul and his foundational stance and commitment. I agree with him, his maturity and resolve. Need need more like him - esp. in the President chair.

It seems that those who get elected are "assimilated" when they get into office, and become Borg minded instead of rational, moral and to 'do their best for the citizens of America'!
Example: "I wonder if anyone else noticed the fact that Senator Rand Paul was the only Senator who took a stand for an open and honest debate on The Patriot Act before the vote that renewed some of its most egregious provisions. .."

What an EXEMPLARY of a representative of the American people! What demonstration of courage and leadership! Marxist Obama & Reid the weasel and all the Democrat socialist & the country club Republicans should hang their head in shame for their dereliction of duties and RESIGN for the good of the country.
Although I consider myself a staunch liberal, I agree wholeheartedly with Senator Paul on this issue. Props to him for standing up for our rights.
