During one of many Obama Televised Briefings, the standard lies were presented as consoling facts. In truth, the exact opposite of what was said turns out to be the actual truth. Specifically, a Eugenics Program was purposely incorporated into the Health Care Bill, similar to the NAZI Action T4 Program of Euthanasia.

The Obama video begins, “So let me explain what reform will mean for you, and let me start by dispelling the outlandish rumors that reform will promote Euthanasia or cut Medicaid or bring about a government takeover of Health Care – that’s simply not true…”

A pattern now exists in which EVERYTHING that Obama utters is the complete opposite of the TRUTH.

Grassley Admits No Death Panels Exist, Blames Obama For “Grandma” Phrase

On January 1^st 2011, Obama will begin to implement the Death Panels of the Health Care Reform Bill in Section 1233 that were rejected by Congress. These Death Panels come in the form of a regulation that the Director of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, Donald Berwick, M.D. (appointed CMS Administrator on July 7, 2010) will oversee this regulation that was secretly included in November 2010.

The Euthanasia provision authorizes Medicare to award doctors who offer voluntary Advanced Care Planning as part of the annual physical examination. Section 1233 was authored by Euthanasia Advocate Rep. Blumenauer, and is supported by The Hemlock Society, which recently changed its name to Compassion and Choices.

Reportedly, a spokesman for the movement explained how Euthanasia can be accomplished more cheaply at home.

One example expressed is that “Life saving care can be denied to the Elderly and costs will be saved. This will be painless supposedly if the patient is unconscious and STARVED TO DEATH.” [1]

Starvation was one of the first methods used in the infamous NAZI T4 Program before adopting GASSING.

Massive outrage by Republican and Democrats caused the removal of this section from The Health Care Reform Bill in November of 2010. Today, Director of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, Donald Berwick, having implemented this in the regulations in November, has gone even further in having the 5 year End of Life counseling to occur every year – annually.

Once this regulation was effectively a part of the Health Care Reform, a coincidental communication occurred between Rep. Blumenauer and his supporters. Clearly, in the Rep. Blumenauer confidential email, an effort to keep quiet this NAZI aspect of the Health Care Reform Act is evidenced by his stating that, “We would ask that you not broadcast this accomplishment out to any of your lists, even if they are ‘supporters’ – emails can be too easily forwarded.” … “Thus far, it seems that no press or blogs have discovered it, but we will be keeping a close watch and may be calling on you if we need a rapid, targeted response. The longer this goes unnoticed, the better our chances of keeping it.”

EDITORIAL COMMENTS

What will it take for American to wake up to the NAZI like transformation that is happening so frequently today? Will the American People finally wake up when Troopers break down their door to take them off to a Death Camp? Is this the direction we as American Citizens want to see our country go in – State sponsored Death Program?

When will the time come when we will turn off the cable television and take action – peacefully – legally?

Personally, I believe the time has come, the hour is at hand!

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), previously known as the Health Care Financing Administration (HCFA), is a federal agency within the United States Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) that administers the Medicare program and works in partnership with state governments to administer Medicaid, the State Children’s Health Insurance Program (SCHIP), and health insurance portability standards. In addition to these programs,CMS has other responsibilities, including the administrative simplification standards from the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA), quality standards in long-term care facilities (more commonly referred to as nursing homes) through its survey and certification process, and clinical laboratory quality standards under the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments.

History

President Lyndon B. Johnson signed the Social Security Act on July 30, 1965, establishing both Medicare and Medicaid. The Social Security Administration (SSA) became responsible for the administration of Medicare and the Social and Rehabilitation Service (SRS) became responsible for the administration of Medicaid. Both agencies were organized under what was then known as the Department of Health, Education, and Welfare (HEW).

In 1977, the Health Care Financing Administration (HCFA) was established under HEW. HCFA became responsible for the coordination of Medicare and Medicaid. The responsibility for enrolling beneficiaries into Medicare and processing premium payments remained with SSA.

In 1980, HEW was split into two agencies: the Department of Education and the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). HCFA became an agency under the Department of Health and Human Services.

In 1999, CMS created the PSC (Program Safeguard Contractor) program to support the Medicare Integrity Program (MIP). MIP was created as part of HIPAA.

On July 1, 2001, HHS Secretary Tommy Thompson renamed HCFA the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). Secretary Thompson explained that in order “to give the agency a new direction, a new spirit, it is necessary that we give it a new name – one that truly reflects the agency’s vital mission to serve millions of Medicare and Medicaid beneficiaries across America.”

The previous CMS Administrator, Mark McClellan, MD, PhD, was sworn in on March 25, 2004. On September 5, 2006, McClellan announced his resignation from the post. Donald Berwick, M.D. was appointed CMS Administrator on July 7, 2010.

The CMS employs approximately 4,100 employees, of which 2,700 are located at its headquarters in Woodlawn, Maryland. The remaining employees are located in the Hubert H. Humphrey Building in Washington, D.C., the 10 regional offices listed below, and in various field offices located throughout the United States.
