Debra Medina Says Comments on Glenn Beck Show about More than 9/11

Debra Medina, a Republican candidate in the Texas gubernatorial race, is walking back some comments she made earlier today on the Glenn Beck radio show suggesting the U.S. government could have had a role in the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001.

Beck asked Medina whether she believed the government played a part in the attacks, the Statesman reports.

"I don't have all of the evidence there, Glenn, so I'm not in a place, I have not been out publicly questioning that," Medina said. "I think some very good questions have been raised in that regard, there are some very good arguments and I think the American people have not seen all the evidence there, so I have not taken a position on that."

When Beck asked her whether she would disavow any staffers who might be a part of the so-called "9/11 truther" movement, Medina said, "I'm certainly not into mind control or thought-policing people. We've got a very diverse team in this state, and it's because Texans are standing shoulder to shoulder to support and defend the Constitution. I frankly don't have time to go through and do psychological testing on people and know every thought or detail that they have. I don't see us having a team of radical individuals if you will."

Strauss believed that a stable political order required an external threat and that if an external threat did not exist, one should be manufactured. Specifically, Strauss thought that: "A political order can be stable only if it is united by an external threat . . . . Following Machiavelli, he maintained that if no external threat exists then one has to be manufactured".

Note: Even though this is just the short list, I think you get the point.

In the meantime, toxic securities have been spread all over the world and we give bailouts to those that helped cause the problem instead of sending them to jail, as markets are manipulated and the nation is looted. Both political parties have gotten us trillions and trillions of dollars into debt. Wars are started and sovereign nations are invaded, based on a pack of lies. Rights are lost and the constitution is shredded as they create a police state - prison planet right before are eyes, through their fearmongering. And Glenn Beck puts on a show, acting as if something is seriously wrong with people that might question the motives of those that are in charge, while such things happen under their watch, as Glenn tries to manipulate the emotions of gullible people in his audience and those that refuse to investigate, document and search out the truth on their own. The truth is, if your not asking questions, a lot of questions, under such circumstances, something is seriously wrong with you. I think we can safely scratch Glenn Beck off the list of people that are real patriots, people to be taken seriously and followed.

Thanks Glenn, for outing yourself one more time! The world now knows your obviously not a truther, in more ways than one.

Medina has never even talked about 9/11 as part of her platform. Medina stands firmly with the majority of Americans in merely refusing to completely accept the official version of events. The corporate controlled media via Glenn Beck is trying to get people to believe that Medina’s campaign is now over, even though the vast majority of Americans and Texans agree with her position on 9/11. The bottom line is, Debra Medina is the only real Constitutionalist in the race and her accelerating poll numbers have the political establishment running scared. Their sorry attempt to derail Medina's campaign by manufacturing a fake controversy has backfired, as callers to 570 KLIF agreed that Medina’s answer was accurate, perfectly acceptable, and that they wouldn’t change their vote for her.
