Two parties and one agenda

Liberty on Trial

Posted: 6th May 2010 by Ryan in Ryan Hills

I’m telling you people have just gotten downright absurd lately. I love how there are so many complainers out there for all the economic trouble we are in, yet they are usually the biggest advocaters of over spending. This comes of course from both this “left and right” i also hear come out of their mouths too. This two party system mentality has even effected the minds of people who don’t even engage in the process to begin with.

”Republicans are the party of fear and the Democrats are the party of hate” as described by Penn and Teller in their episode of “BULLSHIT”. But in the end how much the same party is it really? I love how people whom which support these parties squabble over petty differences, and so strongly believe that their party is so right and the other are just morons trying to ruin everything. As if they see something the rest of us aren’t seeing.

Has anybody been paying attention? They both run the same platforms when it comes to our countries REAL issues! They both support the Federal Reserve system, and dump endless power into them. Both apparently have no interest in ending our insane foreign policy in Iraq and Afghanistan, and intend to spread it to Iran next. They both love to spend our money and encourage the fed to print out more money. So trust me, if you are on one side, you’re really playing for the same team in the long haul whether you like it or not. You may be a “warm Liberal” Democrat but your “pro-America” Republican enemies run the same policies you do.

The answer from both parties is the same. All I hear is “Bush is an asshole” or “Obama is ruining everything”. Come on what else is new!? But their answer is always blaming their opposing party. Let’s start with Bush for instance. All the Republicans you talk to say that we have to continue the war because we are winning. We are winning against the ghost of terror. Then to make matters worse you have the Obama supporters who were saying “Obama will take the troops home” are now saying after his 30,000 troop surge “well I am sure there is a good reason” like I am some kind of idiot.

Hell this is how ignorant people are. If I even MENTION the “word” Obama it just automatically shocks or offends somebody. Forget the fact that the man is a complete liar, the guilty white Liberals still just love standing up for him all the way to the grave! Forget the fact that he hasn’t done a thing to fix our deficit and cut spending. The man loves the Federal Reserve, and has no desire to end the immigration problem. I will bet you I get a bunch of readers that won’t even bother to read my text at all (like a few of the replies I have so far), and just defend this guy. And then I once again have to post a dozen links to show that I am right. Why Obama though you ask? Because Bush is too ####ing easy!!!

Seriously though I’ve had enough of the thoughtless people just saying the same coffee table BS over and over again, without actually knowing what they are talking about. I mean to have such a passionate hatred for the opposing party while supporting the same agenda is just ridiculous and ignorant. But it happens everyday. Look here is the thing about Obama, and it has nothing to do with his skin color or my support of the Republicans (because i don’t support them at all). He is in one of the big two, the Democrats, which means you have to just expect that he wasn’t going to keep his promises because none of them do. Just like nobody should have believed Bush when he said he wanted a humble foreign policy. He said he wasn’t going to police the world, and the man made this very idea that he was so against, bigger than ever. Why did people believe Obama after Bush lied?

Until people actually take the time to go to the root of the problem, they will always support these two parties, making an attempt at the lesser of two evils. The fact is you would have seen the debasing of the dollar, perpetual war, and wasteful spending with McCain just the same. I will go more into the War on Terror in my next post, but for now i’ll keep it short. The next time you support Bush’s policy, and say that these men over there are trying to kill us, remember the fact that this country has been occupying, threatening, and bombing these countries for decades. They do not attack us because we are free and prosperous, and until people break free of that mentality, we are going to be in a whole lot of trouble (that’s a statement that people would chop my head off for). Bottom line, know what you are talking about before you support people based on what they say, rather than what they actually stand for. I have a special message from Penn Gilette to anybody who falls in this category.

Having tried to no avail to awaken his peers, the Black Sheep have no other choice but to unite with each other and escape the impending doom.

What color Sheep are you?
