The Secret of the Caves as Attested to by the UN

When last I posted in the series about Rochester, NY (Part 25 - Rochester, NY - From out of Gates, Greece Came Forth), caves and the beings imprisoned within were among the featured subjects. The historical and circumstantial evidence addressed in that series bears witness to what the Bible and other ancient literature declares about those beings. In this post, the first of two other witnesses is presented (the other being reserved for another day, Lord willing) whose testimony should speak very loudly to us, not only about the reality of such underground prisons but the identity of some who are complicit in this Satanic plot that accompanies judgment in the earth. Let it speak to you about the season we're in, and the nature of the threats that some will face in days to come.

It should be stated right up front that I'm personally convinced the wrath of God will not be revealed until 2018, and great tribulation will not come until 2015. While I consider the work of such as Tom Horn, Steve Quayle and David Flynn to be invaluable resources, I find little agreement with regard to their present speculation as to when these things may happen. I believe the seasons I referenced are particularly appointed for the coming release from the imprisonment of chains of darkness underground, so some time remains for some crucial and preliminary chains of events.

The Lord is opening our eyes and ears in advance of these things that are coming upon the earth, as He promised long ago to prepare those who would listen and hear. The ramp-up has already begun as judgment has begun, and the increasing drama of the interaction of fallen angels in our affairs is manifest before us.


The United Nations and the Prophetic Tapestry Hanging in the Security Council Chamber

The first item involves the UN and a huge tapestry that hangs in the Security Council chamber in NYC. I introduced this in an earlier post (Stars On Top - Jesus the Giant in the "News of Interest" section. You may want to familiarize yourself with what was written therein before proceeding. The tapestry graphically reveals a key to the plan to bring forth the kingdom of the Beast, a Nephilim resurrection, if you will, the release of the beings currently imprisoned in the caves under the earth.

When Steve Quayle had featured this image of the tapestry as a "Photo of the Day," he observed in a brief commentary that, "It depicts humans helping the demonic creatures come out of the bottomless pit and then worshiping them." In the rather indistinct pair of images I clipped from the full size image, you can see how those underground are trapped in caves. (The one on top pictures the bottom left of the tapestry. The one below it pictures the bottom right.) Those who dwell on the surface of the earth are presented as rescuing them and honoring them as ancestor gods.

The tapestry testifies that the UN is well aware of Satan's plan, which from a higher perspective is ultimately the Sovereign Creator's plan, under whose authority Satan is able to bring forth what has been appointed for judgment in the earth.

I believe this tapestry was alluded to a few days ago by one of the UN dignitaries in the context of worshiping the creation instead of the Creator and advancing the antichrist Beast plot.

The following are excerpted from a Washington Post article dated 11/29/2010. Cancun talks start with a call to the gods

"Christiana Figueres, executive secretary of the U.N. Framework Convention on Climate Change, invoked the ancient jaguar goddess Ixchel in her opening statement to delegates gathered in Cancun, Mexico, noting that Ixchel was not only goddess of the moon, but also "the goddess of reason, creativity and weaving. May she inspire you -- because today, you are gathered in Cancun to weave together the elements of a solid response to climate change, using both reason and creativity as your tools.""

"Excellencies, the goddess Ixchel would probably tell you that a tapestry is the result of the skilful interlacing of many threads," said Figueres, who hails from Costa Rica and started her greetings in Spanish before switching to English. "I am convinced that 20 years from now, we will admire the policy tapestry that you have woven together and think back fondly to Cancun and the inspiration of Ixchel."

Is there a chance that the executive secretary of the U.N. Framework Convention on Climate Change might be familiar with the tapestry hanging in the United Nations Security Council chamber? When she places a building block in the model temple, the Mayan pyramid, the "Pyramid of Hope," do you suspect that hope might relate to what Freemasons and other secret societies refer to as the Great Work? If you've been watchful and alert, you need no explanation or help connecting these dots.

When I read about the "TckTckTck climate awareness campaign" I perceive their emphasis on the countdown clock. Seventy generations were decreed for the sentence that binds those imprisoned under the earth. That prison term is nearly over, and the wicked can hardly wait!

The climate change sought has little to do with their pretext, which is definition one below. They're looking for something more along the lines of definitions two and three.

1. The meteorological conditions, including temperature, precipitation, and wind, that characteristically prevail in a particular region.
2. A region of the earth having particular meteorological conditions
3. A prevailing condition or set of attitudes in human affairs

Report calls for radical redesign of cities to cope with population growth

Moving away from car ownership, using real-time traffic information to help plan journeys and having more virtual meetings will be vital to prevent the megacities of the future from becoming dysfunctional and unpleasant places to live, according to a study by the environmental think tank Forum for the Future.

The report argues that authorities must begin to plan now in order to create easier and more sustainable ways of accessing goods and services in the world's ever-growing cities. Citizens must also be encouraged to change their behaviour to keep cities liveable.

By 2040, the world's urban population is expected to have grown from 3.5bn to 5.6bn. The new report calls for a radical re-engineering of cities' infrastructure to cope. "The future is going to look pretty urban ... with more and more people shifting to cities to the point that, by 2040, we're going to have two thirds of all the people in the world living in cities," said Ivana Gazibara, senior strategic adviser at Forum for the Future and an author of the report, Megacities on the Move.

"If we go on with business as usual, what happens is unmanageable levels of congestion because personal car ownership has proliferated," she said. "Cities could be a pretty nasty place to live for the two-thirds of the global population in the next 30 years if we don't act on things like climate change mitigation and adaptation, smarter use of resources and sorting out big systemic things like urban mobility."

Iran's president dismissed reports that Arab leaders wanted the U.S. to attack his country and insisted the neighboring countries were all friends.

At a Monday press conference President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad called the latest WikiLeaks document dump of diplomatic memos a waste of time engineered by the U.S. government to cause 'mischief'.

According to the memos, King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia repeatedly urged the United States to attack Iran, destroy its nuclear programme and stop Tehran from developing a nuclear weapon.

Ahmadinejad spoke out against the WikiLeaks revelations of Arab hostility to Iran even though he said the documents are 'so worthless that it isn't worth someone referring to them or wasting time to refer to them'

'We don't give any value to these documents,' Ahmadinejad told the news conference.

'It's without legal value. Iran and regional states are friends. Such acts of mischief have no impact on relations between nations.'

Ahmadinejad alleged the leaks were an 'organized' effort by the U.S. to stir trouble between Iran and Arab neighbors.

'We don't think this information was leaked. We think it was organised to be released on a regular basis and they are pursuing political goals.'

CIA implanted electrodes in brains of unsuspecting soldiers, suit alleges

A group of military veterans are suing to get the CIA to come clean about allegedly implanting remote control devices in their brains.

It's well known that the CIA began testing substances like LSD on soldiers beginning in the 1950s but less is known about allegations that the agency implanted electrodes in subjects.

A 2009 lawsuit (.pdf) claimed that the CIA intended to design and test septal electrodes that would enable them to control human behavior. The lawsuit said that because the government never disclosed the risks, the subjects were not able to give informed consent.

Bruce Price, one plaintiff in the lawsuit, believes that MRI scans confirm that the CIA placed a device in his brain in 1966.

At one point, Bruce was ordered to visit a building with a chain link fence that housed test animals, including dogs, cats, guinea pigs and monkeys. After reporting, Bruce was strapped across his chest, his wrists, and his ankles to a gurney. Bruce occasionally would regain consciousness for brief moments. On one such instance, he remembers being covered with a great deal of blood, and assumed it was his own, but did not really know the source. Also portions of his arms and the backs of his hand were blue. His wrist and ankles were bruised and sore at the points where he had been strapped to the gurney. Bruce believes that this is the time period during which a septal implant was placed in his brain.

DEFENDANTS placed some sort of an implant in Bruce’s right ethmoid sinus near the frontal lobe of his brain. The implant appears on CT scans as a “foreign body” of undetermined composition (perhaps plastic or some composite material) in Bruce’s right ethmoid, as confirmed in a radiology report dated June 30, 2004.

According to a 1979 book by former State Department intelligence officer John Marks, The CIA and the Search for the Manchurian Candidate, an internal 1961 memo by a top agency scientist reported that "the feasibility of remote control of activities in several species of animals has been demonstrated... Special investigations and evaluations will be conducted toward the application of selected elements of these techniques to man."

"The CIA pursued such experiments because it was convinced the Soviets were doing the same," The Washington Post's Jeff Stein noted.

In mid-November, U.S. Magistrate Judge James Larson ruled that the CIA must produce records and testimony regarding the experiments conducted on thousands of soldiers from 1950 through 1975.

"The CIA has already claimed that some documents are protected under the state-secrets privilege, but Larson said the agency needs to be more specific," Courthouse News Service reported.

Monsanto GMO sugarbeets to be destroyed: court

KANSAS CITY, Missouri (Reuters) - A federal judge on Tuesday ordered the destruction of plantings of genetically modified sugar beets developed by Monsanto Co after ruling previously the U.S. Agriculture Department illegally approved the biotech crop.

U.S. District Court Judge Jeffrey White in August banned the planting and sales of Monsanto's "Roundup Ready" biotech sugar beets after determining that their approval in 2005 by the USDA was illegal. He said the government must conduct a thorough environmental review before approving the crop to comply with the law.

But shortly after the ruling, the USDA issued permits allowing companies to plant seedlings to produce seed for future GMO sugar beet crops.

In his ruling Tuesday Judge White said those seedlings "shall be removed from the ground."

Earthjustice, a consumer group that brought the case against the USDA and had asked the judge to order the young plants be destroyed, said the action was the first court-ordered destruction of a GMO crop.

"We had to run into court and ask the judge to stop them," said Earthjustice attorney Paul Achitoff. "He said you've got to tear up the plants, which was what we asked him to do. It's an extreme sort of a thing ... but the circumstances were such that there really wasn't any alternative. They basically had dared the court to stop them."

Sugar beets account for more than half of the nation's sugar supply, and Monsanto's Roundup Ready beets have been popular with farmers as they have been genetically altered to withstand sprayings of the chemical herbicide Roundup, making weed management easier for producers.

But environmentalists say widespread use of the crop leads to increased use of herbicides, proliferation of herbicide resistant weeds, and contamination of conventional and organic crops.

Monsanto, which owns intellectual property rights to the sugar beet technology, sought to intervene in the case, and was granted limited standing. But the company had no immediate comment on Tuesday.

In previous court filings Monsanto said revoking the government's approval of its genetically modified seed could cost the company and its customers some $2 billion in 2011 and 2012.

Along with Monsanto, others in the industry sought to intervene, saying they needed at least limited planting permits for research and development, basic seed production and to preserve the ability to create genetically engineered commercial seed varieties to meet potential future demand if production is ultimately authorized.

USDA officials could not be reached for comment.

Earlier this month, the USDA issued a draft proposal for handling of the GMO beets. It said it was considering allowing Monsanto beets back in the fields by next year under a permit subject to conditions "to prevent any potential plant pest risks."

The USDA gave the green light to Monsanto's GMO beets in 2005.

Plaintiffs in the case include the Center for Food Safety, Organic Seed Alliance, High Mowing Organic Seeds and the Sierra Club.

Fed made $9 trillion in emergency overnight loans

NEW YORK (CNNMoney.com) -- The Federal Reserve made $9 trillion in overnight loans to major banks and Wall Street firms during the financial crisis, according to newly revealed data released Wednesday.

The loans were made through a special loan program set up by the Fed in the wake of the Bear Stearns collapse in March 2008 to keep the nation's bond markets trading normally.

The amount of cash being pumped out to the financial giants was not previously disclosed. All the loans were backed by collateral and all were paid back with a very low interest rate to the Fed -- an annual rate of between 0.5% to 3.5%.

Still, the total amount was a surprise, even to some who had followed the Fed's rescue efforts closely.

"That's a real number, even for the Fed," said FusionIQ's Barry Ritholtz, author of the book "Bailout Nation." While the fact that the markets were in trouble was already well known, he said the amount of help they needed is still surprising.

"It makes it very clear this was a very serious, very unusual situation," he said.

Sen. Bernie Sanders, the Vermont independent who had authored the provision of the financial reform law that required Wednesday's disclosure, called the data that was released incredible and jaw-dropping.

"The $700 billion Wall Street bailout turned out to be pocket change compared to trillions and trillions of dollars in near zero interest loans and other financial arrangements that the Federal Reserve doled out to every major financial institution," Sanders said.

Report: Homeland Security Compiling TSA Enemies List

The Department of Homeland Security is gathering names and information about anti-Transportation Security Administration activists, members of the media, and other supposed troublemakers for investigation and possible tracking, according to an internal DHS memo cited by security expert and Northeast Intelligence Network Director Douglas Hagmann.

Hagmann’s report, first published last week on the NIN website and in Canada Free Press, is causing widespread condemnation and ridicule of the U.S. regime across the internet. According to the article, Hagmann was contacted by a source within the DHS following publication of a previous article on TSA abuses entitled “Gate Rape of America.”

The secret memo was written “in response to the growing public backlash against enhanced TSA security screening procedures and the agents conducting the screening process,” explained the DHS document’s introductory paragraph. It was issued in the form of an “administrative directive” after high-level meetings between American “security” bosses like Janet Napolitano and TSA overlord John Pistole. And Obama apparently approved.

The memo reportedly labels opponents of the TSA’s heavy-handed groping, naked-body scanners, and other procedures as “domestic extremists.” Federal bureaucrats are actually instructed to identify and electronically report individuals falling under the “extremist” classification — including “any person, group or alternative media source” opposed to the TSA’s Fourth Amendment violations — to the Homeland Environment Threat Analysis Division, the “Extremism and Radicalization” branch of the Office of Intelligence & Analysis section of the DHS. The dragnet also includes anyone who “supports and/or elicits support” for people causing “disruptions.”

“It would appear that the Department of Homeland Security is not only prepared to enforce the enhanced security procedures at airports, but is involved in gathering intelligence about those who don’t. They’re making a list and most certainly will be checking it twice,” wrote Hagmann in the article, entitled "DHS & TSA: Making a list, checking it twice."

“Meanwhile, legitimate threats to our air travel security (and they DO exist) seem [to be] taking a back seat to the larger threat of the multitude of non-criminal American citizens who object to having their Constitutional rights violated,” he added. “As I have written before, it has nothing to do with security and everything to do with control.”

The week before the release of Hagmann’s report, the TSA actually did open an investigation into a passenger who opted out of the naked body scanner and then refused the “enhanced” groping, which he compared to sexual assault. “You touch my junk and I'm going to have you arrested,” he warned the TSA bureaucrat. Now, the would-be passenger is facing possible criminal charges and a potential $11,000 fine.

Anger at the TSA and its invasive procedures has been boiling over in recent months as news reports continue highlighting abuses — undressing toddlers, forcing mothers to drink their own breast milk, naked body scanners, invasive groping of genital areas, and worse. That sentiment led to the national “Opt Out Day” movement calling for airline passengers to opt out of naked body scanners across America during the busy Thanksgiving holiday.

But is the bureaucracy really compiling an “enemies list” of Americans who peacefully object to the violation of their rights? Hagmann responded to doubts about his assertions in a follow-up piece entitled "Proof Positive that the government rates body scanner resisters as 'Non-Islamic Domestic Terrorists'." In it, he cites the infamous DHS and MIAC documents — labeling as a potential domestic terrorist virtually every American with an opinion — as proof that the regime is capable of such a feat and has, in fact, already done worse.

He declined to publish the full memo, saying “the document cannot be posted or published” and that “dissemination of the document itself is restricted by virtue of its classification, which prohibits any manner of public release.” But one thing is certain; the reaction to his report has been enormous. It has been reposted across the Internet and is right now being discussed in numerous forums by countless people.

One concern expressed repeatedly is the notion that the TSA, not content to trample on just the Fourth Amendment rights of Americans, is now moving to stifle the right to free speech as well. “The First Amendment is in more serious jeopardy than one might have previously imagined,” noted author Edward Cline, a contributing editor to Family Security Matters.

“Do not cave in to the TSA’s 'conditioning' to make your silence a measure of normalcy,” Cline concluded. “The government’s intention is to inure Americans to living in a state of obedient and submissive servitude.”

“Police State” episode of hit Ventura show covering FEMA camps pulled from air

The producers and talent for Conspiracy Theory, including former Governor Jesse Ventura, have shown a lot of courage in making their series as hard hitting as possible. With certain powers-that-be unhappy with such a substantial program airing on cable TV, supporters should treasure what they have been able to get out thus far. The very future of the series could be in question, though certainly things are still up in the air at this point. If you appreciate the content that has been on Conspiracy Theory thus far, you should do everything you can to tell your friends and associates to tune in, and make sure these dynamic episodes are seen as widely as possible.

#6 Find A Reliable Source Of Water

Water is going to become a very, very valuable resource in the years to come. It will be absolutely key for you and your family to have a dependable source of clean drinking water. If you do not have water you will not be able to survive for long. In the event of an economic meltdown, basic services such as power and water may not be there. So be certain that you and your family have an alternate source of water to depend upon.

#7 Explore Alternative Energy Sources

This point is similar to the one above. Do you think that if a financial apocalypse happens that you will always be able to depend on the power company? The truth is that there is a good reason why so many Americans have been trying to go "off the grid". Without power, life gets really difficult very quickly. But if you are generating your own power then you won't have to worry about that.

#8 Store Supplies

In the event of a major disaster or emergency, store shelves are going to empty really fast. If supplies are disrupted on a permanent basis, you may have to get by on what you already have in your home. So do you and your family have enough warm clothes, personal hygiene products and medical supplies to last for an extended period of time? Hopefully your local stores will always be able to supply what you need, but we need to prepare as if that is not guaranteed.

#9 Protect Your Assets With Gold And Silver

The way that the Federal Reserve is abusing the U.S. dollar, it is only a matter of time before rampant inflation sets in. Even now, the U.S. dollar has already been seriously declining and precious metals like gold and silver have been shooting into the stratosphere. In the future, your paper money may not buy much for you at all, but if you have some gold or silver coins you can always exchange them for the things that you are going to need.

#10 Learn Self-Defense

Did you see what happened at stores from coast to coast this past Black Friday? Americans were literally trampling one another just to get their hands on some cheap foreign-made plastic crap. So what do you think is going to happen once these people have been without food for two or three days? Now is the time to think about how you will defend your home and your family from crazed looters. It is not a fun thing to think about, but unfortunately we are heading for times that will not always be pretty.

#11 Keep Yourself Fit

As Americans, we live such "cushy" lives. But when times get hard things will not be so cushy. In fact, the years ahead are likely to demand quite a bit of physical activity. So keep yourself in good physical condition right now. In the future you will be very glad that you did.

#12 Make Friends

It is really, really hard to "survive" by yourself. Those who will thrive the most in the future are those who will have a community that they can depend on. Americans are always at their best when they work together. Don't be afraid to reach out to your family and friends. In the times ahead the world will be a very cold place, and a little love and compassion will go a long way.

We do not take this responsibility lightly, as the consequences of the following observations are of such great import and have such far-reaching ramifications for the entire planet. Truly, the fate of the oceans of the world hangs in the balance, as does the future of humankind.

The Gulf of Mexico (GOM) does not exist in isolation and is, in fact, connected to the Seven Seas. Hence, we publish these findings in order that the world community will come together to further contemplate this dire and demanding predicament. We also do so with the hope that an appropriate global response will be formulated, and acted upon, for the sake of future generations. It is the most basic responsibility for every civilization to leave their world in a better condition than that which they inherited from their forbears.

After conducting the Gulf Oil Spill Remediation Conference for over seven months, we can now disseminate the following information with the authority and confidence of those who have thoroughly investigated a crime scene. There are many research articles, investigative reports and penetrating exposes archived at the following website. Particularly those posted from August through November provide a unique body of evidence, many with compelling photo-documentaries, which portray the true state of affairs at the Macondo Prospect in the GOM.

Especially that the BP narrative is nothing but a corporate-created illusion – a web of fabrication spun in collaboration with the US Federal Government and Mainstream Media. Big Oil, as well as the Military-Industrial Complex, have aided and abetted this whole scheme and info blackout because the very future of the Oil & Gas Industry is at stake, as is the future of the US Empire which sprawls around the world and requires vast amounts of hydrocarbon fuel.
Should the truth seep out and into the mass consciousness – that the GOM is slowly but surely filling up with oil and gas – certainly many would rightly question the integrity, and sanity, of the whole venture, as well as the entire industry itself. And then perhaps the process would begin of transitioning the planet away from the hydrocarbon fuel paradigm altogether.

It’s not a pretty picture.

The various pictures, photos and diagrams that fill the many articles at the aforementioned website represent photo-evidence about the true state of affairs on the seafloor surrounding the Macondo Prospect in the Mississippi Canyon which is located in the Central Planning Area of the northern Gulf of Mexico. The very dynamics of the dramatic changes and continuous evolution of the seafloor have been captured in ways that very few have ever seen. These snapshots have given us a window of understanding into the true state of the underlying geological formations around the various wells drilled in the Macondo Prospect.

Although our many deductions may be difficult for the layperson to apprehend at first, to the trained eye these are but obvious conclusions which are simply the result of cause and effect. In other words there is no dispute around the most serious geological changes which have occurred, and continue to occur, in the region around the Macondo wells. The original predicament (an 87 day gushing well) was extremely serious, as grasped by the entire world, and the existing situation is only going to get progressively worse.

As the diagrams clearly indicate, the geology around the well bore has been blown. This occurred because of drilling contiguous to a salt dome(1), as well as because of the gas explosions which did much damage to the integrity of the well casing, cementing, well bore, well head, and foundation around the well head. Eighty-seven straight days of gushing hydrocarbon effluent under great pressure only served to further undermine the entire well system. Finally, when it was capped, putting the system back under pressure forced the upsurging hydrocarbons to find weaknesses throughout the greater system, which revealed all sorts of compromised, fractured and unsettled geology through which the hydrocarbons could travel all the way to the seafloor and into the GOM.

We also have faults* to deal with in this scenario of which there are both deep and shallow. Depending on the current vital stats of the blown out well, especially its actual depth; the number, location and severity of the breaches throughout the well system; the pressure at the wellhead; as well as the type and status of geological formations/strata it has been drilled into, these faults will become prominently configured into the future stability of the whole region. Larger faults can open up much greater opportunities for the hydrocarbons to find their way to the seafloor via cracks and crevices, craters and chasms. In fact the numerous leaks and seeps throughout the seafloor surface, which are quite apparent from various ROV live-feeds, give testimony to sub-seafloor geological formations in great turmoil and undergoing unprecedented flux.

*“Once the oil gets into the shallow faulted zones, we have an uncontrollable situation. The place where most of the oil and gas is coming out is at the foot hills of the continental shelf as shown in figure 134-1 in the article “BP continues to dazzle us with their unlimited magic”. The discovery by WHOI of the 22 mile long river of oil originated from these leaks. So the leaks will be mainly along the faults where I have marked (shallow) in “What is going on at West Sirius” and deep strike-slip faults (red line) on fig 134-1.” (Per BK Lim, Geohazards Specialist)

Just how bad is this situation? There are actually three different ongoing disasters – each more grave and challenging than the previous one – which must be considered when assessing the awesome destruction to the GOM by the Oil & Gas Industry.

I. A single gushing well at 7o – 100,000 barrels per day of hydrocarbon effluent for 87 days into the GOM at the Macondo Prospect along with two smaller rogue wells

II. Numerous leaks and seeps within five to ten square miles of the Macondo well with an aggregate outflow of an unknown amount of hydrocarbon effluent per day into the GOM

III. Countless gushers and spills, leaks and seeps, throughout the Gulf of Mexico, where drilling has been conducted for many decades, with an aggregate outflow that can not even be estimated, but is well in excess of any guesstimate which would ensure the slow and steady demise of the GOM.

It is the last scenario which we all face and to which there is no easy or obvious solution. The truth be told, there currently does not exist the technology or machinery or equipment to repair the damage that has been wrought by the process of deep undersea drilling, especially when it is performed in the wrong place. Therefore, wherever the oil and gas find points of entry into the GOM through the seafloor, these leaks and seeps will only continue to get worse. Here’s why:

Methane gas mixed with saltwater and mud makes for a very potent corrosive agent. Under high pressure it will find every point of egress through the rock and sediment formations all the way up to the seafloor where it will find any point of exit that is available. The longer and more forcefully that it flows throughout the fractured area, which is dependent on the volume, temperature and pressure at the source of the hydrocarbons, the more its corrosive effects will widen, broaden and enlarge the channels, cracks and crevices throughout the sub-seafloor geology, thereby creating a predicament that no science, technology or equipment can remedy.

Let us ponder for a second about the meaning of ‘leaking’. When something is leaking, it is usually understood that some fluid substance that is supposed to be flowing in a certain direction, is escaping from its designed route because of a defect in the structure that was built to guide it. Usually, if you have a leaking pipe in your water system, your main problem is that you are unable to control the flow of it, and water goes into directions where you don’t want it to be going.

However, the definition of ‘Wikileaking’ seems to be following entirely different laws of nature. Indeed, the information is flowing away from the secret pipelines it was originally guided into. However, the strange thing about ‘Wikileaking’ is that Israel, a country widely known for its secret dealings and cunning intelligence service, is managing to keep dry feet in spite of the massive political flooding allegedly caused by Wikileaks’ founding father, Julian Assange.

The lack of control that is so typical of other forms of ‘leaking’, certainly does not seem to apply to ‘Wikileaking’ – instead it looks like it is under perfect control, and carefully guided in such a way that it only serves the interests of one state, namely that of Israel.

Barely a country in the world that is actively involved in Middle East and other international affairs, either by choice or by geographical location, has been spared by Assange’s latest opening of his Pandora’s box of revelations. Julian Assange is being hailed worldwide by people who are critical of their governments as the activist who was able to embarrass governments, helped only by a small group of independent supporters. His star is rising rapidly, and although sounds of cynicism can be heard here and there, the overwhelming noise resounding in progressive circles is one of loud cheers for this long-awaited ‘champion of the ordinary man’.

WASHINGTON -- A controversial food safety bill that supporters were confident would sail through the House following passage this Tuesday by the U.S. Senate, has been stopped in its tracks by a constitutional provision that revenue-raising measures must originate in the lower chamber.

The bill had come under fierce attack for its grant of massive new powers to the Food and Drug Administration, and today’s announcement that the chances for passage during the lame duck session are slim-to-none was hailed by natural food groups, family farming organizations, health freedom advocates and their allies.

“We see it as dead in the water,” said Darrell Rogers, communications director for the Alliance for Natural Health-USA, an advocacy group that has been on the frontlines opposing the bill.

“If not dead, it’s verifiably on life-support and its condition is terminal,” he added.

S. 510: The FDA Food Safety Modernization Act, is intended to extend the regulatory and enforcement powers of the FDA over food production and distribution, empowering the agency to inspect food facilities more often and expanding its access to food facility records. It further requires food producers and processors to develop and keep detailed records and prevention plans.

Critics view it as a highly intrusive measure, the enforcement of which will not lead to greater food safety, but could spell the end of both family farming and the burgeoning local food movement.
The House had already passed a version, H.R. 2749: the Food Safety Enhancement Act, on July 30, 2009.

S. 510 was introduced in March 2009, but held back in the Senate and not brought to the floor until the current lame duck session, where it ran into a firestorm of opposition. Yet despite a massive outpouring from the opposition, the Senate voted 73-25 in favor, with 15 Republicans joining all the Democratic senators. Click here for Nov. 30 vote.

Normally, the two bills would go to a conference committee where the differences between them would be worked out, and a final vote taken by each house. But that takes time, and as NWV warned might happen, Democratic leaders in the House (specifically Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Rep. Henry Waxman, agreed that since there are only a couple of weeks left that they’d accept the Senate version and send it to the floor as is for passage.

Once it had arrived in the House, the Ways and Means Committee staff caught a serious constitutional blooper: a fairly lengthy provision – Sec. 107 – that authorizes the Food and Drug Administration to collect fees to pay for food recalls, inspections, re-inspections of food facilities, and the registration of food importers.

The authors of S. 510 decided not to include the House version’s $500 annual registration fee for domestic food facilities, which was intended as a source of revenue to pay for the FDA’s vastly expanded responsibilities, but to use a fee scheme instead.

Originating Clause

However, the “Originating Clause” of the U.S. Constitution clearly gives revenue-raising authority only to the lower House, stating: “All bills for raising Revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives."

“So it’s up to the House Ways and Means Committee, particularly the Republican members, because there’s a tax-raising provision in the food safety bill that was sent from the Senate, and any bill that raises any taxes or revenues has to originate in the House,” said Rogers.

There’s a procedure that’s called “blue slipping” that’s used in cases like this. The House has to give the bill the “blue slip,” that is, it rejects the bill, and returns it to the Senate.

As a means of mitigating climate change, encouraging sustainability and reducing CO2 emissions, the document calls for, “the implementation of relocation programs for human settlements and infrastructure in high risk areas.”

Relocation of populations has historically been achieved by force at the hands of an authoritarian ruling elite, to the “substantial harm” of the target settlement, with loss of private property and harrowing social dislocation, and in some cases genocide, being three primary outcomes. The most odious example in recent history was of course the forced transfer of Jews from wartime Germany by the Nazis.

Political scientist Norman Finkelstein notes that forced relocations are often justified by the ruling authorities as a necessary solution to a drastic crisis, which is precisely the rhetoric used in the Cancun document.

The proposal by climate alarmists to forcibly relocate communities against their will is yet another revealing indication that the green movement has dispensed with all pretense of liberal legitimacy and has openly bared its teeth as an authoritarian and despotic undertaking.

Yesterday we reported on how ultra elitist environmental group The Royal Society published a series of papers to accompany the conference which stated that wartime-style crisis rationing should be implemented by Western governments in order to reduce carbon emissions.

Such a move would see “limits on electricity so people are forced to turn the heating down, turn off the lights and replace old electrical goods like huge fridges with more efficient models. Food that has travelled from abroad may be limited and goods that require a lot of energy to manufacture.” the London Telegraph reported.

Of course, the move has nothing to do with halting global warming, which even the Royal Society itself admits is slowing despite accelerating carbon emissions, and everything to do with lowering living standards in the west as part of the globalist drive to completely dismantle the middle class and thereby remove the primary obstacle to instituting an autocratic global government.

A prominent member of the Royal Society is James Lovelock, an eco-fascist who advocates ending democracy and instituting an authoritarian elite to oversee global climate management and a radical stemming of the human population in order to combat climate change. He is also a patron of the Optimum Population Trust, a notorious UK-based public policy group that campaigns for a gradual decline in the global human population, which it refers to as “primates” or “animals”, to what it sees as a “sustainable” level.

Leading climate skeptic Lord Christopher Monckton, who is in attendance at Cancun over the next ten days, appeared on the Alex Jones Show yesterday, to warn that globalists are attempting to play down the significance of the summit in an effort to impose world government treaties by stealth.

Monckton stated that the alarmists were proposing “lunatic measures” like forced resettlement of populations and concentration camps, as well as food rationing in the west, all concepts familiar to socialists and communist enforcers. He said that the ideas were deliberately extreme in order to make what actually comes out of the conference look reasonable and rational so that “we almost breathe a sigh of relief when the world government takes over.”

Following their own guidelines will not get you anywhere because they make the rules up as they go along

The latest case of TSA tyranny to hit the headlines comes in the form of a young mother who was subjected to enhanced groping and then shut inside a screening box for almost an hour by agents after she refused to allow them to put her breast milk through an x-ray device, a legitimate request that is even written into the TSA’s own guidelines.

The ordeal, which took place at Phoenix airport earlier this year, was captured on security cameras, which Stacey Armato, who is also a lawyer, gained access to, but only after repeated requests and careful editing by the TSA had taken place.

After being told that her breast milk might have to be put through an x-ray scanner, Ms Armato attempted to show the TSA agents a print out of their own guidelines allowing non x-ray screening for breast milk. This act of serious disobedience resulted in the agent pushing Ms Armato into a glass cage, telling her “to be quiet if you know what’s good for you”, while calling for “back up”.

“Standing 50 ft away are the same manager and supervisor I had dealt with the previous week.” Ms Armato writes in her description of events, referring to a previous 30 minute delay at the security gate for the exact same reason.

After being shut in the box for some 20 minutes, in full public view of other passengers, Ms Armato began to cry and remonstrate with TSA agents. She was then approached by a police officer who told her that she had been singled out by TSA agents who recognized her because she had filed a complaint against them regarding the handling of her breast milk the previous week.

Ms Armato writes:

About 10 minutes into all this, a Phoenix PD comes to calm me down. I explain to him that there is no reason I should be treated this way and I have every right to be upset.

He then says “they” (aka TSA) saw me coming, have it out for me (from my complaint against TSA the week before when they didn’t know the breast milk rules then either), and I should travel out of a different gate in future weeks.

He said TSA wants me to play along with their horse and pony show and if I don’t then TSA can have the Phoenix PD arrest me! Well, I wanted to get home to my baby and my flight was 30 minutes from departure so I ‘played along.’ Three Phoenix PD watched in the background…I could tell they all knew this was a waste of their time but I was happy to have them standing by in case TSA continued to act out of line.

Eventually Ms Armato was released from the box, and subjected to a full groping from another TSA agent.

A TSA manager then approached her and told her that the milk had to go through the x-ray scanner because the containers it was in were “too full” and it was “not a clear liquid”. These are both made up rules that are not mentioned anywhere in TSA guidelines, proving that even the TSA manager had no regard for the official laws in this instance.

The guidelines allow “Mothers flying with, and now without, their child be permitted to bring breast milk in quantities greater than three ounces as long as it is declared for inspection at the security checkpoint.”

According to TSA rules breast milk is to be treated as a medical liquid, which should not be subjected to x-ray radiation.

Ms Armato writes:

He read the first form which stated that medical liquids can have alternate screening (no x-ray). He was quick to say “well this isn’t a medical liquid!” So I had him read the second form which says breast milk is to be treated like a medical liquid. He then says, “well, not today.” I started balling all over again once he said that.

Again this is clear evidence of a TSA supervisor acting like a supreme authority and simply making up the rules as he goes along.

Ms Armato was then forced to pour out the milk into 8 different containers, only half filling each, as per the TSA’s new completely made up rule.

Because of all this, she missed her flight home to feed her hungry baby in Los Angeles.
