Madame Speaker, I rise to introduce legislation to restore financial stability to America’s economy by abolishing the Federal Reserve. Since the creation of the Federal Reserve, middle and working-class Americans have been victimized by a boom-and-bust monetary policy. In addition, most Americans have suffered a steadily eroding purchasing power because of the Federal Reserve’s inflationary policies. This represents a real, if hidden, tax imposed on the American people.

From the Great Depression, to the stagflation of the seventies, to the current economic crisis caused by the housing bubble, every economic downturn suffered by this country over the past century can be traced to Federal Reserve policy. The Fed has followed a consistent policy of flooding the economy with easy money, leading to a misallocation of resources and an artificial “boom” followed by a recession or depression when the Fed-created bubble bursts.

With a stable currency, American exporters will no longer be held hostage to an erratic monetary policy. Stabilizing the currency will also give Americans new incentives to save as they will no longer have to fear inflation eroding their savings. Those members concerned about increasing America’s exports or the low rate of savings should be enthusiastic supporters of this legislation.

Though the Federal Reserve policy harms the average American, it benefits those in a position to take advantage of the cycles in monetary policy. The main beneficiaries are those who receive access to artificially inflated money and/or credit before the inflationary effects of the policy impact the entire economy. Federal Reserve policies also benefit big spending politicians who use the inflated currency created by the Fed to hide the true costs of the welfare-warfare state. It is time for Congress to put the interests of the American people ahead of special interests and their own appetite for big government.

Abolishing the Federal Reserve will allow Congress to reassert its constitutional authority over monetary policy. The United States Constitution grants to Congress the authority to coin money and regulate the value of the currency. The Constitution does not give Congress the authority to delegate control over monetary policy to a central bank. Furthermore, the Constitution certainly does not empower the federal government to erode the American standard of living via an inflationary monetary policy.

In fact, Congress’ constitutional mandate regarding monetary policy should only permit currency backed by stable commodities such as silver and gold to be used as legal tender. Therefore, abolishing the Federal Reserve and returning to a constitutional system will enable America to return to the type of monetary system envisioned by our nation’s founders: one where the value of money is consistent because it is tied to a commodity such as gold. Such a monetary system is the basis of a true free-market economy.

In conclusion, Mr. Speaker, I urge my colleagues to stand up for working Americans by putting an end to the manipulation of the money supply which erodes Americans’ standard of living, enlarges big government, and enriches well-connected elites, by cosponsoring my legislation to abolish the Federal Reserve.

(NaturalNews) For those who haven't been paying much attention to the financial situation recently, the U.S. Treasury has just entered what I call the "final blowout phase" of debt desperation. As FT.com reports, the Treasury is set to auction off $67 billion in debt next week, to be followed by increasingly frequent auctions of yet more debt, to the tune of unknown billions (or even trillions) each year.

The question is: Who is stupid enough to actually buy a 30-year debt note from the U.S. Treasury? The hilarious answer is: The Federal Reserve, of course!

Yes, the Fed will begin creating yet more money out of thin air in order to buy the IOUs of the U.S. Treasury and create the appearance that somebody is still buying U.S. debt.

At this point, it should be apparent to anyone with functioning brainwaves that the only reason the Fed has to step in and buy the debt is because nobody else is willing to pay for it! If you're a rich oil sheik in the Middle East, do you want to trade your hard-won wealth for pieces of paper with IOUs written on them from a nation that has no financial future and can't even find buyers for its debt anymore?

Of course not. Especially not for a measly 2.9% interest rate. The number of international suckers willing to pony up cash in exchange for empty promises from a bankrupt country is dwindling fast. So the only remaining buyer is the private company running the counterfeiting machines: The Federal Reserve.

The upshot of all this, by the way, is that the Fed's creation of new money to buy Treasury debt will result in the rampant acceleration of hyperinflation of the U.S. currency. The layers of madness in all this simply defy explanation. The financial pros are taking their money and exiting the U.S. banking system faster than a room full of Senators running away from responsibility.

There are now only two lawmakers in Washington who seem willing to stand up to the Fed: Rep. Ron Paul and Rep. Dennis Kucinich. (Neither are Senators, by the way.)

Enjoy the puppet show... ouch!

The Fed buying debt from the Treasury through the use of made-up money is something of a circus. Or, perhaps, a puppet show. And that puppet show goes something like this: I have a puppet on my right hand named Treasury, and it talks to a puppet on my left hand named Fed. My right-hand puppet (Treasury) says it needs some money, so it writes up a collection of IOUs on some scrap paper. My left-hand puppet (Fed) prints up a bunch of green paper money and trades them for the IOUs.

My right-hand puppet then hands that cash to rich, elite bankers who run Wall Street while my left-hand puppet prints up yet more cash to replace the cash it used to buy the IOUs. When they're done with all that, both puppets plunge deep into my pockets and grab me by the balls because, of course, I'm a taxpayer, and that's who ultimately gets squeezed in this racket.

Let me be very, very clear to everyone bright enough to get this. I want to be CRYSTAL clear and on the record with this: Anyone left holding U.S. dollars when the music stops is going to lose most of the value those dollars once represented. In time, we will see a mass exodus from the U.S. dollar take place, and when that scenario unfolds, only about 1% - 2% of the people will be able to cash out or convert their dollars into something representing real value. The remaining 98% (or so) could lose everything. That's because the U.S. dollar is a house of cards based on vanishing echoes of lingering faith in the solvency of the now-bankrupt U.S. government (that's still fighting and funding two wars).

It's all just paper, after all... truly just pieces of paper with larger and large numbers printed on them. That paper is backed by the "full faith and credit" of a nation that's so far beyond bankruptcy that its political leaders can't even utter the phrase "national debt" anymore without being chased off stage by angry voters.

It won't be long before the world realizes just how fragile the whole racket really is. Remember this: What Madoff was arrested for (the Ponzi scheme), the Fed has been pulling off for nearly a century! The U.S. Treasury / Federal Reserve debt scam is the greatest Ponzi scheme this world has ever witnessed. The only difference is that while Madoff screwed the rich, the Fed is screwing everybody.

Cop Punches Woman In Face Four Times During Arrest For Riding A Bike

Newly released video reveals police brutality

A video released as part of a lawsuit against police in Millville, Philadelphia, shows an officer forcefully punching a woman in the face four times after he bungled an attempt to arrest her for riding a bike on the sidewalk.

As reported by NBC news, Sheila Stevenson, 42, has filed a civil suit (PDF), alleging police used excessive force, after then-Millville Police Officer Carlo Drogo stopped her one year ago on February 3 2008.

The newly released video shows Drogo attempting to use pepper spray on Stevenson while she is still on the bike, but instead spraying himself in the face.

As Stevenson struggles, a reeling Drogo knocks her off the bike and onto the ground.

Two more cops then arrive and haul Stevenson to the curb, one of them seemingly applying the full force of his upper arm onto her neck and head.

The same cop then thrusts his knee into her back twice, with full force, whilst attempting to handcuff her.

“I am not doing nothing,” Stevenson screams.

“Put your hands behind your back,” one of the other officers orders.

“Can you not do this? I’m not doing nothing! I’m not doing nothing,” she wails.

Drogo, clearly in great discomfort from using his own pepper spray on himself, then approaches Stevenson after the other officers have restrained her and aggressively punches her in the face and head four times.

“Why are you hitting me? You’re hitting me! Why are you hitting me?” Stevenson cries out. “Why did you hit me and I’m handcuffed?”

Stevenson was later convicted of resisting arrest.

As noted by NBC10, Drogo resigned from the police department in October for undisclosed reasons. He has previously issued a statement defending his actions and maintaining that Stevenson’s allegations represent a distortion of the facts.

Legislators tell feds to back off

New speech, press, gun or ammunition limits 'altogether void'

Lawmakers in New Hampshire are telling the federal government to back off because plans for a federal handgun license, "hate crimes" laws to regulate Christians' speech about their own religious beliefs on homosexuality, President Obama's youth corps for mandatory public service and the so-called "Fairness Doctrine" to "balance" talk radio are none of them constitutional.

Such plans by the bureaucrats and administrators in Washington, D.C., are "altogether void" and if mandated, "shall constitute a nullification of the Constitution for the United States," the lawmakers are warning.

The terse alarm is contained in House Concurrent Resolution 6, which has been introduced for debate. It affirms states' rights "based on Jeffersonian principles."

It's not the first such move in the United States. WND reported last year when state representatives in Oklahoma, steamed over a perceived increase in federal usurping of states' rights, approved Joint House Resolution 1089 on a 92-3 vote to reassert the state's sovereignty under the 10th Amendment and serve "notice to the federal government to cease and desist certain mandates."

According to DailyPaul.com, a website assembled in support of U.S. Rep. Ron Paul, Missouri, Washington and Arizona also have moved in the direction of reasserting states' rights.

The Tenth Amendment states, "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people," and also is being cited in the New Hampshire plan.

It states that New Hampshire people "have the sole and exclusive right of governing themselves as a free, sovereign, and independent State; and do, and forever hereafter shall, exercise and enjoy every power, jurisdiction, and right, pertaining thereto, which is not, or may not hereafter be, by them expressly delegated to the United States of America…"

That means, the resolution states, any "Act by the Congress of the United States, Executive Order of the President of the United States of American or Judicial Order by the Judicatories of the United States of America which assumes a power not delegated to the government … and which serves to diminish the liberty of the any of the several States or their citizens shall constitute a nullification of the Constitution for the United States of America by the government of the United States of America."

It lists as actions that the federal government would be prohibited from doing:

• Establishing martial law or a state of emergency within one of the States comprising the United States of America without the consent of the legislature of that State.
  
  
• Requiring involuntary servitude, or governmental service other than a draft during a declared war, or pursuant to, or as an alternative to, incarceration after due process of law.
  
  
• Requiring involuntary servitude or governmental service of persons under the age of 18 other than pursuant to, or as an alternative to, incarceration after due process of law.
  
  
• Surrendering any power delegated or not delegated to any corporation or foreign government.
  
  
• Any act regarding religion; further limitations on freedom of political speech; or further limitations on freedom of the press.
  
  
• Further infringements on the right to keep and bear arms including prohibitions of type or quantity of arms or ammunition.

New Hampshire Rep. Dan Itse, a sponsor of the resolution, said he wants New Hampshire to be among the states "standing up to the federal government, enforcing the Constitution."

He called the current status in the United States, with federal rules and regulations reaching into virtually every facet of a state citizen's life, "a usurpation by the federal judiciary of the people's right of self-government."

"What I see happening is a growing disregard for the rights of individuals and the rights of the states. At some point you have to draw the line," he told WND.

As THE major event of your lifetime, it will overwhelm you and disconnect you from all realty should you have to face it unprepared. Let’s go over this situation and take the final measures necessary to see that you, your family, and your community come through this prolonged crises intact.

Regardless of your political alignment, your education, your vocation or your cultural background, we share a common heritage that is secure in both its historical fact and in its genius in building a sovereign United States of America (the nation, not the United State’s corporate government). The Breton Woods agreement and the IMF (International Monetary Fund) of the UN took control of the Treasury in 1921 and have led to the irreversible and complete disintegration of American monetary solvency. We are a hopelessly indebted nation enslaved by the ultimate greed of our elected officials, banking and investment institutions and our own individual avarice. So what great method of “change” has the socialist black liberation theology endorsing president embraced? It is more debt, more centralized power and a self-proclaimed (Berlin, July 2008) world citizen status for our own “elected” foreign born president.

This concise and accurate picture of events contributing to our current dilemma has set the stage for the final act as those double minded, insidious members of the Council on Foreign Relations, the Trilateralists, and the Bilderberger adherents work around the clock to complete, through Barack Obama and his socialist one world first team, the destruction of the sovereign USA Republic.

In so doing, he and all of the others who have contributed to the open border policy, (Clinton, Bush I, Bush II) that is overseeing along with vast cartels fed by US drug addiction, the catastrophic disintegration of Mexico. The world elites are awaiting the final act or series of closely related acts that require a massive response from the security and military apparatus in Washington to keep a smoldering American population from sinking into outright armed rebellion.

There is NO fix for the economic ELE (extinction level event of the movies). There is no renewal around the corner for industry or the job market. There will be no leaner more effective government at all levels. What is coming is an increasing rise in desperation by desperate people in every corner of America. From the farms, to the malls, to the small businesses where production is floundering, complete disintegration will soon be felt in every market in the land. Massive numbers of people--legal, illegal, and refugees coming from the south--will soon outstrip supplies on the shelves using money they don’t have, but which is supplied by Obama’s government printing presses.

Power, communications, heating and medical supplies will be strained as well as goods and services that we have taken for granted, will be gone because of the economic wasteland lying before us.

This calls for preparations that you have never contemplated before. For many, the final wake-up call has come far too late. For others, there are simply no funds or credit cards left to gather in the supplies that are required to get you through an economic earthquake or a real disaster just over the horizon. The need is the same and the requirements to become self-sufficient are just as stringent, regardless of the cause.

No amount of delusional behavior will change the situation. Government at all levels will begin to fail the needs of the state citizens counting on aid now more than ever before. California’s dilemma in delaying payments to its people comes immediately to mind. Michigan is a close second. The list goes on and on. So, Obama thinks that cranking out another 820 billion will do the trick. All that does is set the stage for hyper-inflation within the next two to three years. As a result he will become a forlorn one term wonder, the man who brought change to America. He changed us from barely alive to extremely dead as a manufacturing nation capable of feeding itself to ultimate starvation, bankruptcy and rioting. Many of you bought into his fresh manure sale last November. Now it’s not even good for fertilizer.

So how do we make some kind of headway out of this disastrous situation? There are a few things that you can do starting right now.

First, elect solid people that are not career liars (politicians). Secondly, support your local businesses and buy only what you need. Third, begin to reform or organize movements within your community and state that will seek true change BACK to a Republic. Merge small groups of people that have similar interests and can compliment or invest in one another for real life expertise and deep skills necessary to rebuild and thrive. Storage of food and water supplies are most critical, followed by natural medicines and hardware necessary to repair or construct other items.

Over the past four years, I have made lasting friendships with hundreds of men and women who are experts in their fields of law enforcement, the military and the private sector security establishment, many of whom are increasingly being called upon to work with governmental agencies at all levels in the planning and field assignments formerly held exclusively by government agents. They have testified as to the mindset of faceless bureaucrats who are committed with a religious zeal to bringing an iron fist down upon the American public when the dogs of internal war are unleashed. They agree to a person, that my warnings have been 100% accurate and timely.

Even the US military has agreed as a whole that economic rioting in America is an event they are planning for as if it were an offensive against a sworn enemy. The clear and present danger remains that Americans will be caught “off-guard” and unprepared to maintain survivability during a major terrorist event or the imposition of martial law from whatever source. This could be natural in nature or conspiratorial. It matters little what the ultimate cause will be, for the result will be the same. Millions will be completely at the mercy of government and security forces for their lives and that of their families. Containment camp living will be the new government housing. Is this what you really want? Is this how you see your future?

Organize your survival boat immediately. In that boat will be your provisions, personnel, and the tools to achieve survival. Contact the businesses that provide these essentials and begin your movement away from governmental dependency and toward the establishment of your own personal freedom. Your family and your nation deeply need your efforts far more than it needs another bailout. It will be the best investment you have ever made. The time is 11:59pm. At midnight, it will be too late.

According to US government propaganda, terrorist cells are spread throughout America, making it necessary for the government to spy on all Americans and violate most other constitutional protections. Among President Bush’s last words as he left office was the warning that America would soon be struck again by Muslim terrorists.

	Hamas is a terrorist organization in the same sense that the Israeli government and the US government are terrorist organizations.

If America were infected with terrorists, we would not need the government to tell us. We would know it from events. As there are no events, the US government substitutes warnings in order to keep alive the fear that causes the public to accept pointless wars, the infringement of civil liberty, national ID cards, and inconveniences and harassments when they fly.

The most obvious indication that there are no terrorist cells is that not a single neocon has been assassinated.

I do not approve of assassinations, and am ashamed of my country’s government for engaging in political assassination. The US and Israel have set a very bad example for al Qaeda to follow.

The US deals with al Qaeda and Taliban by assassinating their leaders, and Israel deals with Hamas by assassinating its leaders. It is reasonable to assume that al Qaeda would deal with the instigators and leaders of America’s wars in the Middle East in the same way.

Today every al Qaeda member is aware of the complicity of neoconservatives in the death and devastation inflicted on Muslims in Iraq, Afghanistan, Lebanon and Gaza. Moreover, neocons are highly visible and are soft targets compared to Hamas and Hezbollah leaders. Neocons have been identified in the media for years, and as everyone knows, multiple listings of their names are available online.

Neocons do not have Secret Service protection. Dreadful to contemplate, but it would be child’s play for al Qaeda to assassinate any and every neocon. Yet, neocons move around freely, a good indication that the US does not have a terrorist problem.

If, as neocons constantly allege, terrorists can smuggle nuclear weapons or dirty bombs into the US with which to wreak havoc upon our cities, terrorists can acquire weapons with which to assassinate any neocon or former government official.

Yet, the neocons, who are the Americans most hated by Muslims, remain unscathed.

The “war on terror” is a hoax that fronts for American control of oil pipelines, the profits of the military-security complex, the assault on civil liberty by fomenters of a police state, and Israel’s territorial expansion.

There were no al Qaeda in Iraq until the Americans brought them there by invading and overthrowing Saddam Hussein, who kept al Qaeda out of Iraq. The Taliban is not a terrorist organization, but a movement attempting to unify Afghanistan under Muslim law. The only Americans threatened by the Taliban are the Americans Bush sent to Afghanistan to kill Taliban and to impose a puppet state on the Afghan people.

Hamas is the democratically elected government of Palestine, or what little remains of Palestine after Israel’s illegal annexations. Hamas is a terrorist organization in the same sense that the Israeli government and the US government are terrorist organizations. In an effort to bring Hamas under Israeli hegemony, Israel employs terror bombing and assassinations against Palestinians. Hamas replies to the Israeli terror with homemade and ineffectual rockets.

Hezbollah represents the Shi’ites of southern Lebanon, another area in the Middle East that Israel seeks for its territorial expansion.

The US brands Hamas and Hezbollah “terrorist organizations” for no other reason than the US is on Israel’s side of the conflict. There is no objective basis for the US Department of State’s “finding” that Hamas and Hezbollah are terrorist organizations. It is merely a propagandistic declaration.

Americans and Israelis do not call their bombings of civilians terror. What Americans and Israelis call terror is the response of oppressed people who are stateless because their countries are ruled by puppets loyal to the oppressors. These people, dispossessed of their own countries, have no State Departments, Defense Departments, seats in the United Nations, or voices in the mainstream media. They can submit to foreign hegemony or resist by the limited means available to them.

The fact that Israel and the United States carry on endless propaganda to prevent this fundamental truth from being realized indicates that it is Israel and the US that are in the wrong and the Palestinians, Lebanese, Iraqis, and Afghans who are being wronged.

The retired American generals who serve as war propagandists for Fox “News” are forever claiming that Iran arms the Iraqi and Afghan insurgents and Hamas. But where are the arms? To deal with American tanks, insurgents have to construct homemade explosive devices out of artillery shells. After six years of conflict the insurgents still have no weapon against the American helicopter gunships. Contrast this “arming” with the weaponry the US supplied to the Afghans three decades ago when they were fighting to drive out the Soviets.

The films of Israel’s murderous assault on Gaza show large numbers of Gazans fleeing from Israeli bombs or digging out the dead and maimed, and none of these people is armed. A person would think that by now every Palestinian would be armed, every man, woman, and child. Yet, all the films of the Israeli attack show an unarmed population. Hamas has to construct homemade rockets that are little more than a sign of defiance. If Hamas were armed by Iran, Israel’s assault on Gaza would have cost Israel its helicopter gunships, its tanks, and hundreds of lives of its soldiers.

Hamas is a small organization armed with small caliber rifles incapable of penetrating body armor. Hamas is unable to stop small bands of Israeli settlers from descending on West Bank Palestinian villages, driving out the Palestinians, and appropriating their land.

The great mystery is: why after 60 years of oppression are the Palestinians still an unarmed people? Clearly, the Muslim countries are complicit with Israel and the US in keeping the Palestinians unarmed.

The unsupported assertion that Iran supplies sophisticated arms to the Palestinians is like the unsupported assertion that Saddam Hussein had weapons of mass destruction. These assertions are propagandistic justifications for killing Arab civilians and destroying civilian infrastructure in order to secure US and Israeli hegemony in the Middle East.

Obama’s Partisan, Profane Confidant Reins It In

Rahm Emanuel is a center of attention, for better or worse, as President Obama’s chief of staff.

WASHINGTON — Early this month, Barack Obama was meeting with the House speaker, Nancy Pelosi, and other lawmakers when Rahm Emanuel, his chief of staff, began nervously cracking a knuckle.

Mr. Obama then turned to complain to Mr. Emanuel about his noisy habit.

At which point, Mr. Emanuel held the offending knuckle up to Mr. Obama’s left ear and, like an annoying little brother, snapped off a few special cracks.

May 15, 2007 Congressman Rahm Emanuel (D-IL) speaking at DC’s annual Stand Up For a Safe America event sponsored by the Brady Center says if your name is on the terrorist no fly list you should not be allowed to own a gun.

Why are there so many names on the U.S. government’s terrorist list?

In September 2007, the Inspector General of the Justice Department reported that the Terrorist Screening Center (the FBI-administered organization that consolidates terrorist watch list information in the United States) had over 700,000 names in its database as of April 2007 - and that the list was growing by an average of over 20,000 records per month.

By those numbers, the list now has over one million names on it. Terrorist watch lists must be tightly focused on true terrorists who pose a genuine threat. Bloated lists are bad because: * they ensnare many innocent travelers as suspected terrorists, and * because they waste screeners’ time and divert their energies from looking for true terrorists.

"It's very possible you'll see the end of the United States as we know it. If the Fed doesn't bailout the States when their cash dries up and the banks don't loan them money, then our States will be left in financial ruin. This would be a tragic and unprecedented event never experienced in the United States."

An all too familiar refrain. California is getting the highest visibility. A state run by a nit wit governor who has continued to rubber stamp the mass fleecing of taxpayers year after year by the Democrat controlled state legislature. Barack Hussein Obama aka Barry Soetoro aka and so forth, is claiming that Republican governors are begging for the gang rape "economic stimulus package." Actually, governors of both parties want their share of the booty, some $176 BILLION dollars that doesn't exist:

Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty, who is widely viewed as a potential presidential contender in 2012, said governors have little choice but to accept the relief being offered. "States have to balance their budgets," he said. "So if we're going to go down this path, we are entitled to ask for our share of the money."

They're all lining up, including Saint Sarah Palin. I got beat up from Sarah fans during the pretend election because I would never vote for her based on her past record as a governor, her phony rhetoric about being a reformer and the poor judgment she displayed regarding her former brother-in-law. Palin signed bloated budgets and now she's lined up with her hands out for you to pay for her state's shortfall under her stewardship:

"We in Alaska all know Alaska has a fiscal disaster waiting to happen. If the oil production decline rate steepens and oil prices drop, the state's rosy financial situation could turn bleak, which could be a problem with a bloated state budget."

This woman has never met an earmark she didn't love. Palin attended the Alfalfa Dinner last weekend in Washington, DC. This 'closed club' of 200 of Washington's "elites" was established in 1913. No press allowed. Saint Sarah was introduced to the attendees by none other than Vernon Jordan. Remember him? He was the adulterer-in-chief's legal fixer when he dropped his drawers for Monica Lewinsky. Jordan also introduced Slick Willy to world "leaders" at the Bilderberger conference in 1991. That's when the fix was in to install a little known governor who raped a woman named Juanita Broaddrick and was famous for his sexual escapades and cocaine use. I have some advice for Palin: Lie down with dogs, get up with fleas. However, as she is a player and not some neophyte in the world of politics, Palin has her own agenda. She also has a financial mess in her own state.

Where is this $176 BILLION dollars supposed to come from? Not the people's treasury. It's now over drawn $10.6 TRILLION dollars with the interest compounding faster than a speeding bullet and another $72 TRILLION DOLLARS in debt for programs like social security, Medicare the these endless "wars" against terrorism.

Are all these governors stupid? Have they never heard of the 'national debt'? Where do they think this "money" will come from? This worthless fiat currency will have to be borrowed by CON-gress from the "FED." They will create more debt to reward state legislatures for incompetence and they want you, me, our children and grand children to hand over every penny we make to fund this lunacy. It will turn into nothing more than another massive "income" tax hike through the back door.

But, are the states really broke?

At least ten years ago, a man named Walter Burien began exposing something called a CAFR: Comprehensive Annual Financial Report. Walter managed to get on a SF radio show hosted by my friend, Geoff Metcalf. It was a real eye opener. Try as we all did, not one newspaper in the State of California would expose the truth of how the taxpayers were being fleeced. Nor would 99% of the radio stations statewide. I guess they all love being flogged every April 15th to reward the thieves in the state house.

I've written about this issue before and perhaps now, with the states crying poor, the citizens of the 50 states will do what I did years ago: I went to the Comptroller's Office in downtown Sacramento and got a copy of the CAFR. Oh, they didn't want to give it to me, but I whipped out my press credentials and after some muss and fuss, I obtained a copy. I am not an accountant so a lot of that tome was foreign to me. However, thanks to Walter and Gerald Klatt, even someone like me can understand this complicated shell game:

You can type in the system for any of the above, i.e., California State Teachers Retirement System into a search engine. When it comes up, hit 2008 CAFR released. Then you can see the numbers.

Now, go read this pdf file from a representative in the Oregon State Legislature. This will give you a good idea of how a state legislature enters into contractual agreements that are unrealistic and cannot be met decades down the road. Notice what Rep. Richardson says: Once the special interest groups got wind that the legislature was going to live within its means and fund priority expenditures necessary, they mobilized and ganged up on their state rep and senator. "Gimmee, gimmee!" Rep. Richardson is serving his constituency well with his reports and the people of Oregon need to support him and get in the face of their representative.

You see, it's the same old merry-go-round. The real issue is taxes. If the American people were allowed to keep the fruits of their labor, they wouldn't need to continue demanding more and more from mother government, state or federal. There's nothing wrong with retirement systems as long as there is money to pay for them when the time comes for the draw outs. Not only have these states mismanaged their budgets and forecasts, what about the monstrous drain on the states from illegal aliens? In California, the state legislature and many mayors like Antonio Villaraigosa coddle and protect these criminals:

$11 Billion to $22 billion is spent on welfare to illegal aliens each year by state governments.

Among the largest costs are Medicaid ($2.5 billion); treatment for the uninsured ($2.2 billion); food assistance programs such as food stamps, WIC, and free school lunches ($1.9 billion); the federal prison and court systems ($1.6 billion); and federal aid to schools ($1.4 billion).

$90 Billion Dollars a year is spent on illegal aliens for Welfare & social services by the American taxpayers.

$12 Billion dollars a year is spent on primary and secondary school education for children here illegally robbing American children within the states of a real education because resources are sucked up to reward breaking our immigration laws. How about this: ''The Dark Side of Illegal Immigration: Nearly One million sex crimes Committed by Illegal Immigrants In The United States .' The cost of incarcerating these animals in state jails and prisons is astronomical. Instead of the states standing up and saying NO to the federal machine and asserting their sovereignty, they simply fleece your wallet. Instead of deporting these millions of illegal aliens (they are NOT immigrants), state legislatures and these governors roll out the red carpet and hand you the huge "pay up" on April 15th.

Mr. Klatt's report back in 2003 shows California had a surplus of $59.83 BILLION dollars. They continued to tax the hell out of the taxpayer. Now, faced with a $40 BILLION dollar "shortfall," they want to tax every breath taken by a California citizen. How much is your state hiding? Closing Dealers Stun Buyers With Liens On Trade-In

SACRAMENTO (AP) ― The national wave of auto dealership closures has come crashing down on thousands of people who are on the hook for used-car loans that dealers were supposed to absolve.

When a car buyer still owes money on a vehicle he is trading in, the dealer promises to pay off the outstanding loan, then resells the vehicle. But as more dealers go out of business, some are sticking consumers with the bill. Lenders can then go after the previous owner who thought the debt was paid, or repossess the car from the new owner who assumed it came with clear title.

"It's devastating for people when it happens because they have two car payments and they can't afford them," said Rosemary Shahan, president of Consumers for Auto Reliability and Safety, a Sacramento-based nonprofit that lobbies on behalf of vehicle owners. "Their credit is destroyed for no fault of their own because the dealer defaulted."

American Sovereignty in Grave Peril

The danger signs are everywhere. American sovereignty is eroding right before our very eyes. . . . .

. . . . German’s Chancellor, Angela Merkel, got in her two cents worth at the Forum: She said: ”The central task of politicians now is to restore the ability of markets to function, thereby creating a new trust, on a sounder footing.” She pointed to the need to address global challenges with global efforts and called for a new set of rules and overhaul for the global financial architecture. She also called for the adoption of a post-crisis charter for a global economic order.

If you don’t think that these folks are moving towards a one-world-government, with national boundaries and sovereignty being blurred or eliminated, you aren’t paying attention to the evidence. If you don’t think that the money changers, Europeans and the United Nations cabal aren’t looking to seriously tap America’s wealth, resources and dismantle its sovereignty, you haven’t got the picture yet. There are also several other world entities engaged in the process: The Trilateral Commission, The Bildeberg Group, The Council on Foreign Relations, etc. Most of Obama’s cabinet are members of one or more of these organizations as were most of Bush’s and Clinton’s cabinets.

Now let’s take a look at what has been, and is now happening in America. Socialism and radical environmentalism are dismantling our individual rights under our constitution. Radical environmentalism is a product of the United Nations Agenda 21 policies, adopted by the United States government without a treaty being debated and ratified. Words like “social equity”, “smart growth”, “sustainable development”, “biospheres”, “wildland projects", "conservation easements”, “endangered species”, “invasive species” and “critical wetlands”, etc., have been incorporated intp comprehensive plans in almost every state, county, city and hamlet in America. Environmental protection regulations have become such a part of the fabric of rules and ordinances, that constitutionally protected property rights have been blurred beyond recognition. What is even worse, these regulations fall disproportionately on the rural landowners of America.

We find it curious, if not alarming, that the American government is doing everything in its power to cripple the American economy, businesses and individuals, by inhibiting or prohibiting oil, natural gas and coal exploration, oil, coal and natural gas use, constructing nuclear, hydro, natural gas and coal-fired power plants and oil refineries, while the Russians are increasing their efforts to not only find additional oil and natural gas sources, but gobbling up lands in which new sources are known to exist. Not only is this policy by our government to be fool hardy and expensive, it threatens our economy and endangers our national security and sovereignty. It is possible to conclude that the American government is colluding with international entities, and/or the United Nations, to render America impotent and vulnerable to economic or military destruction. It that is true, it could be construed no other way than treason. Creeping socialism since FDR, has now become rapidly advancing socialism. With President Obama and a majority Democrat Congress, strong elements of abject socialism will become institutionalized and there isn’t one damn thing the Republicans can do about it. Stimulus packages, purportedly to save us from an unprecedented financial crisis, real or imagined, have but one agenda: growing government and buying off more Americans with “goodies” from the public treasury, so that the recipients of the "goodies" will continue to vote for liberal politicians. It’s an old dodge.

Now comes Bush’s Security and Prosperity Partnership (North American Union) between the U. S., Canada and Mexico. This partnership can have no other purpose that to tear asunder America’s sovereignty.

A country that emasculates itself on the alter of socialism and radical environmentalism, does so at its own peril. Politicians who are willing accomplices in that emasculation, are guilty of treason by providing aid and comfort to our enemies. There should be very severe penalties for such egregious crimes, but unfortunately American liberal politicians continue on their merry way without a care. After all, they have brainwashed sufficient naive, uneducated and ignorant Americans to vote for them and keep them in power. Further, our system of government has become so corrupt that it is now run almost completely by lobbyists for corporations, unions, socialists, environmentalist and national and international money changers.

As you can see, American sovereignty is in grave peril. A free and sovereign America now rests in the hands of those brave Americans who have the courage to challenge the corrupt system, use all legal means to dismantle it and return this once-great nation to the vision of the Founding Fathers, free individuals under a Constitutional Republic. The battle will not be won easily.

As previously noted in Pawns of the Global Elite, Barack Obama was groomed for the presidency by key members of the Trilateral Commission. Most notably, it was Zbigniew Brzezinski, co-founder of the Trilateral Commission with David Rockefeller in 1973, who was Obama’s principal foreign policy advisor.

	The Obama presidency is a disingenuous fraud. He was elected by promising to bring change, yet from the start change was never envisioned. He was carefully groomed and financed by the Trilateral Commission and their friends.

The pre-election attention is reminiscent of Brzezinski’s tutoring of Jimmy Carter prior to Carter’s landslide election in 1976.

For anyone who doubts the Commission’s continuing influence on Obama, consider that he has already appointed no less than nine members of the Commission to top-level and key positions in his Administration.

According to official Trilateral Commission membership lists, there are only 87 members from the United States (the other 337 members are from other regions). Thus, in less than two weeks since his inauguration, Obama’s appointments encompass more than 10% of Commission’s entire U.S. membership.

Geithner’s informal group of advisors include E. Gerald Corrigan, Paul Volker, Alan Greenspan and Peter G. Peterson, among others. His first job after college was with Henry Kissinger at Kissinger Associates.

Brent Scowcroft has been an unofficial advisor to Obama and was mentor to Defense Secretary Robert Gates.

Robert Zoelick is currently president of the World Bank

Laurence Summers, White House Economic Advisor, was mentored by former Treasury Secretary Robert Rubin during the Clinton administration.

There are many other such links, but these are enough for you to get the idea of what’s going on here.

Analyze the positions

Notice that five of the Trilateral appointees involve the State Department, where foreign policy is created and implemented. Hillary Clinton is certainly in line with these policies because her husband, Bill Clinton, is also a member.

What is more important than economic recovery? Paul Volker is the answer.

What is more important than national intelligence? Thomas Donilon and Adm. Dennis Blair hold the two top positions.

What is more important than the Treasury and the saving of our financial system? Timothy Geithner says he has the answers.

This leaves Susan Rice, Ambassador to the United Nations. The U.N. is the chosen instrument for ultimate global governance. Rice will help to subvert the U.S. into the U.N. umbrella of vassal states.

Conflict of interest

Since 1973, the Commission has met regularly in plenary sessions to discuss policy position papers developed by its members. Policies are debated in order to achieve consensuses. Respective members return to their own countries to implement policies consistent with those consensuses.

The original stated purpose of the Trilateral Commission was to create a "New International Economic Order." Its current statement has morphed into fostering a "closer cooperation among these core democratic industrialized areas of the world with shared leadership responsibilities in the wider international system." U.S. Trilateral members implement policies determined by a majority of non-Americans that most often work against the best interests of the country.

"How," you say?

Since the administration of Jimmy Carter, Trilaterals held these massively influential positions:

1. Six out of eight World Bank presidents, including the current appointee, Robert Zoelick
2. Eight out of ten U.S. Trade Representatives
3. President and/or Vice-President of every elected administration
4. Seven out of twelve Secretaries of State
5. Nine out of twelve Secretaries of Defense
6. Is this sinking in? Are you grasping the enormity of it?

Endgame is at hand

For the Trilateral crowd, the game is about over. The recent reemergence of original members Henry Kissinger, Zbigniew Brzezinski, Brent Scowcroft and Paul Volker serves to reinforce the conclusion that the New International Economic Order is near.

The Trilateral Commission and its members have engineered the global economic, trade and financial system that is currently in a state of total chaos.

Does that mean that they have lost? Hardly.

As I recently wrote in Chorus call for New World Order, they are using the crisis to destroy what remains of national sovereignty, so that a New World Order can finally and permanently be put into place.

Conclusion

The Obama presidency is a disingenuous fraud. He was elected by promising to bring change, yet from the start change was never envisioned. He was carefully groomed and financed by the Trilateral Commission and their friends.

In short, Obama is merely the continuation of disastrous, non-American policies that have brought economic ruin upon us and the rest of the world. The Obama experience rivals that of Jimmy Carter, whose campaign slogan was "I will never lie to you."

When the Democrat base finally realizes that it has been conned again (Bill Clinton and Al Gore were members), perhaps it will unleash a real political revolution that will oust Trilateral politicians, operatives and policies from the shores of our country.

If the reader is a Democrat, be aware that many Republicans and conservatives are still licking their wounds after finally realizing that George Bush and Dick Cheney worked the same con on them for a disastrous eight years of the same policies!

A recent Associated Press news release exposed U.S. banks accepting billions in bailout money along with major corporations. Banks defraud American taxpayers by hiring thousands of foreign works in place of our citizens.

The report said, “The figures are significant because they show that the bailed-out banks, being kept afloat with U.S. taxpayer money, actively sought to hire foreign workers instead of American workers. The AP reviewed visa applications the banks filed with the Labor Department under the H-1B visa program, which allows temporary employment of foreign workers in specialized-skill and advanced-degree positions.”

NEW ORLEANS -- The New Orleans Police Department is warning residents not to panic if they see helicopters flying around the city after dark.

The department will be hosting military training in and around the city between Jan. 27 and Feb. 8.The training includes the use of military helicopters flying after dark throughout the city.Police say they want residents of New Orleans and outlying areas to know it's a training event. The activities, authorities say, have been carefully planned and are safe.
