Oklahoma To Jail Enforcers Of Obamacare

(Will we soon see a vast influx of new Oklahoma residents when this Bill becomes law?)

President Obama will not like this. He thinks his word alone is law. He thinks the American people must submit to his achievement called Obamacare. Despite the mass protest and phone calls flooding capital hill saying to our elected congressmen saying “do not pass this bill into law”. The congress ignored the American people and passed the law anyway.

Now after the anger has cleared about the US Supreme Court Ruling in favor of Obamacare. Many state governors have told the federal government they will not implement Obamacare. I will believe that when the state actually interposes themselves between the people and the 16,000 new IRS agents.

In Oklahoma, State Rep. Mike Ritze drafted a bill not only nullifying Obamacare, but criminalizes any federal agent who tries to enforce this unconstitutional law in the state of Oklahoma. This Bill being drafted actually has teeth in it, not another non binding resolution that really has no effect stopping anything. I just hope the Oklahoma lawmakers do not get cold feet when the DOJ comes and tries to twist the arms of the state lawmakers like they did in Texas when the legislature tried to criminalize the TSA grabbing peoples’ crotches. I just hope the Sooner State has the guts to be the first state to mean what they saying they will put in jail IRS agents who try to enforce Obamacare. I just hope this is not election rhetoric just to get votes without doing anything.
