AZ Town Under Martial Law

There's a feud that's brewing in the small town of Quartzsite Arizona between Mayor Ed Foster, the city council, and the police department in this area. And now the city has been put under Martial Law. Tensions have been growing ever since the city council raised water and sewer rates, a first for the area in over 10 years. Take a look.
