(this is most likely a VERY important story that has been uncovered. .. . when foreign troops and mercenaries come into an empty $27 million prison facility to set up shop, take over the economically depressed town by buying off any opposition and posing as the town's saviours, with admitted plans to do the same thing in various places nationwide, it is way past time to start paying attention . .. .)
